Islam નો મહિલાઓ જાતીય માણસોhu તરીકે જોવામાં આવે છે. તેમના શરીરના દરેક ભાગમાં શૃંગારિક માનવામાં આવે છે. તેના પ્રત્યેક ચોરસ ઇંચ, જાતીય છે. તેના સમગ્ર શરીર ખાનગી ભાગો હોવાનું માનવામાં આવે છે કારણ કે તે, હેડ માંથી ટો કવર જ જોઈએ.
પાકિસ્તાન, સ્ત્રીઓ awra કહેવામાં આવે છે. Awra અથવા aurat આવરી લેવામાં આવે છે કે શરીરના ભાગ છે. જો Awra ખુલ્લુ પાડવું ઇસ્લામમાં ગેરકાનૂની છે અને પાપ તરીકે ગણવામાં આવે છે. વ્યુત્પત્તિશાસ્ત્રની રીતે, શબ્દ Awra “defectiveness”, “અપૂર્ણતા”, “ડાઘ” અથવા “નબળાઇ” થાય છે જે રુટ ‘awr પરથી આવ્યો છે – જો કે સૌથી સામાન્ય ઇંગલિશ અનુવાદ “નગ્નતા” છે.

સ્ત્રીઓ નબળા, ખામીયુક્ત અને ખાનગી ભાગ છે, તેઓ પુરુષો સાથે હોઇ શકે છે કે જે કોઈપણ સંપર્ક તરીકે જોવામાં આવે છે કે સમાજમાં જાતીય અને ગેરકાનૂની ગણવામાં આવે છે.

મુસ્લિમ દેશોમાં મહિલાઓ અલગ છે. ખૂબ જ બાળપણ છોકરાઓ અને છોકરીઓ સિવાય રાખવામાં આવે છે. તેઓ એકબીજા સાથે રમવા નથી, એકબીજા સાથે શાળાએ નથી.
એક મુસ્લિમ મહિલા સમગ્ર શરીર ખાનગી ભાગ છે. તમે તેની સાથે હાથ મિલાવવા હોય તો તેથી તે તેના ડાળી કે શાખાઓ વચ્ચેનો ખૂણો સ્પર્શ તરીકે જ છે. તે તેના વાળ દર્શાવે છે, તો તે તેના pubic વાળ જાહેર થયેલ છે. તેના બધું જાતીય અને ખાનગી ભાગ છે.

ઇસ્લામ સ્ત્રીઓ તેમના પુરૂષ સંબંધીઓ ના namoos (ناموس) છે. Namoos આશરે સન્માન, પરંતુ તેને એક લૈંગિક સૂચિતાર્થ સાથે ભાષાંતર કરી શકો છો. Prying આંખો માંથી તેમના માદા કિન રક્ષણ પર મુસ્લિમ ટકી આ namoos.

એક મહિલા તેની સુંદરતા અથવા અજાણી વ્યક્તિ માણસ માટે મંત્રણા દર્શાવે છે, તો બધા તેના પુરુષ સંબંધીઓ ના namoos ઘાયલ થયેલ છે. ઇજાગ્રસ્ત namoos રિડીમ કરવા માટે આ એકમાત્ર રસ્તો લોહી સાથે ડાઘ ધોવા માટે છે.

પિતૃપ્રધાન સમાજ સ્વ અવમૂલ્યન અર્થમાં સાથે પુરૂષો પેદા કરે છે. તેથી, જ્યારે મુસ્લિમ માણસ “સન્માન,” તેમણે કાબૂમાં રાખવું હેઠળ તેમના આશ્રિતો સ્ત્રી રાખી શકો છો કેવી રીતે લગભગ સંપૂર્ણપણે આધાર રાખે છે.

ઇસ્લામમાં, એક છોકરી માટે પરિપક્વતા વર્ષની 9 વર્ષ છે અને એક બોય માટે 15 વર્ષ છે. આ એક 9 વર્ષના છોકરી અને 15 વર્ષના છોકરો પરિપક્વતા સમાન સ્તર ધરાવે છે માનવામાં આવે છે કે થાય છે.

હવે, જો છોકરી છ વર્ષ અગાઉ બોય કરતાં પરિપક્વતા પહોંચે, પછી શા માટે સ્ત્રીઓ ચાર્જ હતી ભગવાન સ્થળ પુરુષો? માતાનો ભગવાન જજમેન્ટ સાથે કંઇક ખોટું હતું?

સન્માન હત્યાનો ઇસ્લામિક દેશોમાં અસર માત્ર સમસ્યા નથી. સરમુખત્યારશાહી, હિંસા, આતંકવાદ, ગરીબી, માનવ અધિકારના દુરુપયોગની, અને મુસ્લિમ દેશોમાં સ્થાનિક છે કે અન્ય સમસ્યાઓ એક યજમાન બધા ઇસ્લામ ઉપદેશો કારણે થાય છે.

મુસ્લિમો ઓનર પોતાના પુત્રીઓ અથવા હત્યાનો ભયાનક કૃત્ય છે જે બહેનો ઓફ કિલીંગ નથી, અમુક એક તમારા પોતાના પરિવારના સભ્યો કિલીંગ માં ઓનર છે તે મને સમજાવો કૃપા કરીને?
કુરાન likens કુલ વિલ્સ તરીકે એક માણસ દ્વારા ઉપયોગમાં લેવા માટે એક ક્ષેત્ર (ખેડ) માટે એક મહિલા,: “તમારા સ્ત્રીઓ યે ચાલશે જેથી તમારા ખેડ પર જાઓ તમારા માટે ખેડ (કેળવવા માટે છે)” (2:223) .

કુરાન પણ એક મહિલા જુબાની કે એક માણસ વર્થ અડધા છે કે જાહેર: “તમારા પોતાના માણસો, બે સાક્ષીઓ મેળવો અને યે પસંદ જેમ કે પછી બે માણસો એક માણસ અને બે મહિલાઓ,, માટે ત્યાં ન હોય તો તેમને એક errs જો સાક્ષીઓ, અન્ય તેના “(2:282) યાદ કરી શકીએ.

તે પુરુષો ચાર પત્નીઓ સુધી લગ્ન કરવા માટે પરવાનગી આપે છે, અને એ પણ ગુલામ કન્યાઓ સાથે સંભોગ છે: યે યે અનાથ સાથે justly વ્યવહાર સમક્ષ રજુ કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન રહેશે ડર છે કે “જો, તમારી પસંદગી, બે અથવા ત્રણ અથવા ચાર મહિલા સાથે લગ્ન, પરંતુ જો યે યે (તેમને સાથે) justly વ્યવહાર માટે સમર્થ નથી રહેશે કે ભય, તો પછી માત્ર એક, અથવા (એક કેપ્ટિવ) તમારા જમણા હાથ ધરાવે છે, કે જે અન્યાય “(4:3) કરવાથી તમે રોકવા માટે વધુ યોગ્ય રહેશે.

જો તે પુત્ર માતાનો વારસો પુત્રી કે બે વખત માપ પ્રયત્ન કરીશું કે જે નિયમો: “અલ્લાહ (આમ) તમે તમારા બાળકો (વારસા) ગણાવે દિશામાન: પુરુષ માટે, બે સ્ત્રીઓ કે બરાબર એક ભાગ” (4:11) .

બધા વરવા છે, મુસલમાનોનો મુખ્ય ધર્મગ્રંથ તેમના અવગણના કરનારું પત્નીઓ હરાવ્યું પતિના કહે છે: “તેઓ (સ્ત્રીઓ આધાર માટે) તેમની મિલકત ખર્ચ કારણ કે અલ્લાહ એક્સેલ તેમને એક અન્ય સામગ્રી, અને આ બધુ મેળવી આપ્યું છે કારણ કે પુરૂષો, સ્ત્રીઓ ચાર્જ છે. તેથી સારા સ્ત્રીઓ અલ્લાહ સાવચેતીભર્યું આપ્યું છે કે જે ગુપ્ત માં રક્ષણ માટે, આજ્ઞાકારી હોય છે. યે બળવો ડર જેમને તે માટે, તેમને સમજાવવું અને અલગ પથારી તેમને દેશનિકાલ કરવું, અને શાપ તેમને “(4:34).

ત્યાં આ બધા સમસ્યાઓ માટે એક સ્પષ્ટ ઉકેલ છે, પરંતુ તે કહે રાજકીય ખોટો છે. આ સમસ્યા Islam નો છે, અને ઉકેલ તે છુટકારો મેળવવા માટે છે. આ વિશ્વાસ વિશે સત્ય કહેવાની અને ખ્રિસ્તી અને અન્ય તમામ ધર્મો ટીકા કરવામાં આવી છે કે આ જ રીતે ટીકા જરૂરી છે.

જોકે, Moslims પૃથ્વી પર દરેક અન્ય વિશ્વાસ ટીકા, પરંતુ ઇસ્લામ અને મોહમ્મદ કાર્ય ટીકા કોઈ કોઈ મોટી છે તે માટે યોગ્ય છે. સ્ત્રી હોઈ બને જે સાથી નાગરિક સાથે જ બસ પર જુલમ નિષિદ્ધ છે.,

કુરાન (4:34) પુરુષો સ્ત્રીઓ ચાર્જ છે કહે છે. આ જ શ્લોક “સારો સ્ત્રીઓ અલ્લાહ સાવચેતીભર્યું આપ્યું છે કે જે ગુપ્ત માં રક્ષણ માટે, આજ્ઞાકારી હોય છે.” કહે છે

આ ગુપ્ત તેમના awra છે. ઇસ્લામમાં મહિલા આખા શરીરને જાતીય ગણવામાં આવે છે, કારણ કે તેઓ તેમના શરીરના દરેક ભાગ આવરે છે અને અજાણી વ્યક્તિ પુરુષો સાથે સંપર્ક ટાળવા જ જોઈએ. શ્લોક 24:31 સ્ત્રીઓ માને છે, તેમના ત્રાટકશક્તિ ઓછી સામાન્ય હોઈ શકે છે અને તેઓ તેમના bosoms પર તેમના veils ડ્રો અને અજાણ્યાની માટે તેમની સુંદરતા દર્શાવવા જોઈએ નહિં જ જોઈએ છે.
પશ્ચિમમાં, એક મહિલા તેની સાથે ડાન્સ પણ ગાલ પર તેના ચુંબન અને લૈંગિક ગણવામાં આવે છે કે જે કંઈ સાથે હાથ મિલાવવા કરી શકો છો.

Jihad in India

Jihad has come to India.  The Obama administration and the State Department will tell you that it is nothing more than isolated acts by individuals. 

The government in New Delhi will say you are stirring up anti-Muslim sentiment.  The mainstream media will ask how you can say that when we are hearing nothing about it from them. 

But it is real, and it is happening now.  I have seen it first-hand.  The Obama administration’s studied denial will find us caught as flat-footed in India as we were in Lebanon, Egypt, Libya, and elsewhere. 

The difference is that India is an economic and military giant, with nuclear weapons, and could be a cornerstone of any effective fight against radical Islam.

For several years, I have been talking about the progressive radicalization of Bangladesh. 

Although it is the only country that ranks among the ten most populous and the ten most densely populated, as well as being the second largest Muslim-majority nation, events there do not capture people’s imagination. 

Now Hasina wants Bangladesh as Islamic state.  This is why we liberated with our soldgers blood so we can have enemy as our neighbour.

When you talk about India in the same context, however, people take notice.  The thought of an Islamist dominated India scares the heck out of them and should. 

 While our own strategic thinkers concentrate on internecine struggles in the Middle East, their obliviousness to the significance of an Islamist India has enabled our enemies to further their agenda.

I have spent several years along India’s 2545 mile-long frontier with Bangladesh, and have seen the impact Bangladesh’s radicalization has had on its giant neighbor to the west.  Amitabh Tripathi, who has been fighting against what he calls his country’s “soft policies,” noted that Bangladesh’s Muslims “are not radicalized but their institutions are.”  That radicalization and a level of corruption on both sides of the border that makes my fellow Chicagoans look like amateurs has already produced demographic change in many strategic areas of India. 

 It also has given Muslim activists carte blanche throughout the entire country.  The process is deliberate, has been going on for decades, and should send us a screaming warning signal, not only because of what it bodes for India, but also because of what sort of future the Obama administration’s soft policies and tolerance for an open border to our south mean for the United States.

Each year in districts like Uttar Dinajpur and North and South 24 Parganas directly across from the Islamic state, my colleagues and I find that more and more villages which once had mixed Hindu-Muslim populations are now all Muslim or Muslim-dominated. 

Gone are the roadside temples characteristic of places where Hindus practice their faith openly; gone are the sights of Hindu women dressed in their colorful saris and other vestments. 

 They have been replaced by mosques and burqas. Last year, Tripathi and I met with Bimal Praminik, Director of the Kolkata-based Centre for Research in Indo-Bangladesh Relations and arguably the foremost authority on these population changes. 

 He is convinced that this population shift is a deliberate and an integral element the jihad that threatens all of us:  “Bangladeshi infiltration with Pakistani ideas… trying to ‘Pakistanize’ the entire region,” he said adding that that the dominant culture for South Asian Muslims has become more “Arabic,” than South Asian.

In 1947 when the British left, they partitioned the Indian subcontinent into Hindu and Muslim states.  West Bengal went to Hindu India, and East Bengal (now Bangladesh) became part of Pakistan. 

While Hindu and Muslim majorities respectively, remain, exhaustive studies by Pramanik and others hold out little hope that things will continue that way. 

During the second half of the 20^th century, the Muslim proportion of West Bengal’s population rose by 25 percent and its Hindu population declined by nine, a process that has continued into the 21^st. 

At the same time, Bangladesh’s Hindu population dropped from almost a third to nine percent.  The process has not been pretty and has involved murder, gang rape, abduction of women and children, forced conversion to Islam, and legalized thievery of ancestral Hindu lands under Bangladesh’s anti-Hindu Vested Property Act. 

And now it is happening in India.

Between 1981 and 1991, Muslim population growth in West Bengal actually exceeded its growth in Bangladesh.  The South Asia Research Society concluded that Hindus have been fleeing Islamist persecution in East Bengal since the partition; but that since Bangladesh’s emergence as an independent nation in 1971, “there has been large scale voluntary infiltration of Bangladeshi Muslims…to West Bengal and other parts of India” as well. 

 

The actual Muslim population growth exceeded Indian government projections that were based on demographic factors (fertility and mortality), internal migration, and the influx of Hindu refugees; thus, there had to be another element driving the change. 

Pramanik identifies it as “illegal immigration from across the border.”  Islamist plans have been so detailed and longstanding that since 1951 the Muslim growth rate exceeded that of Hindus in each individual district of West Bengal.

Statistics might be the “smoking gun,” but jihad’s impact is far more powerful in the testimony of individual non-Muslim residents who are its victims.  One elderly woman in the Howrah district told us how Muslims are taking over her property piece by piece. 

 

She even showed us a wall with a star and crescent on it that local Muslims built to identify it as dar al Islam.  In another village, residents showed us the remains of a Hindu temple that Muslims recently destroyed after urinating on its holy objects. 

 Most poignant was the testimony of a crestfallen mother whose 22-year-old daughter was abducted weeks ago by local Muslims. 

 

Abduction of Hindu women and girls in the name of Islam has been common in Bangladesh for years and is a key element in jihad: eliminating females of childbearing years from the gene pool and forcing them to “produce” Muslim offspring instead.  It is now happening in India, according to victimized parents who told me about it in India’s North and Northeast.

Residents of Deganga, only 40 kilometers from the West Bengal capital of Kolkata, lived through an anti-Hindu pogrom last September.  The pogrom started — as these things are wont to do these days — with a fabricated land dispute in which Muslims claimed a wooded area off the region’s main road that Hindus own and on which sits a Hindu shrine that is considered very sacred. 

 

As the 2010 Islamic observance of Iftar came to an end, a large group of Muslims attempted to seize the land until local Hindus stopped them.  It was then that they started attacking Hindu households and shops indiscriminately, forcing many to flee the area with little more than the clothes on their backs.

I returned to Deganga last month to find that while many homes and shops have been rebuilt, a sense of security by Hindus in their ancestral land has not.  Most of the residents spoke about leaving the area; others talked about being fearful of attack, their children unable to attend school, and Hindu women being harassed whenever they go to the market or other places in the area. 

 Many of them showed us charred pieces of their former residences; in other cases we were able to see signs of it bleeding through a new coat of paint.  Hindu women and girls showed us where they hid during the attack to avoid being raped or abducted and made concubines; a fate that likely has befallen the missing 22-year old daughter of the mother above.

In every single one of these cases, local authorities have refused to take action.  In fact, during the Deganga pogrom, they arrested the community’s wealthiest Hindu on the false charge of firing on the jihadis.

In the past, this official inaction has been purchased; but it is also a product of the alliance between Islamists and Communists in India.  That alliance was announced publicly at a meeting in the south Indian state of Kerala; and it has been policy for West Bengal’s three-decade old communist government. 

 Wherever we spoke with these villagers, Muslim neighbors would gather menacingly in an attempt to intimidate our informants.  In some cases, they attacked after we left — again with no action by the authorities.

In Meerut northeast of New Delhi and far from Deganga, the population of this once Hindu-dominated town is now split down the middle between Hindus and Muslims; and the Hindus are living in fear. 

Just five days ago before my arrival, a Hindu was burned to death and shortly before that a community leader was targeted and killed.  These actions are becoming more common in this substantial-sized town with no police re-action; and according to residents and activists, it is only a matter of time before things explode.

Our State Department will tell you that there is no jihad in India.  They will hew the official line that the liberal Awami League government in Bangladesh has put an end to anti-Hindu actions there. 

A similarly weak government in New Delhi will parrot the same platitudes.   Yet, their false palliatives bring no comfort to the scores of victims who have told us their stories; or the many others now unable to do so.

They cannot explain away major terrorist attacks in India’s largest cities like Mumbai, Pune, in New Delhi, and elsewhere.  They cannot explain how insurgents can regularly kidnap minor officials and receive their ransom (usually release of prisoners, cash, and government forbearance from counter terrorist action) every time they do.

  If the Obama administration and its left-wing counterparts in India do not replace their studied ignorance with effective action, we will be as “surprised” over what becomes of India as we were with Iran, Egypt, and a host of other nations.

Imagine what an Islamist India would mean for us.

મુસ્લિમ સાથે મારામારી કરવા માટે કે તેની સાથે દુશ્મનાવટ બાંધવા માટે નહિ, આંખોથી તેની સાથે લડવા માટે કે તેને જોઈને મોં મચકોડવા માટે નહિ પરંતુ મુસ્લિમને સારી રીતે ઓળખ્યો હોય તો એની સાથે વ્યવહાર કરવાનો થાય ત્યારે તમે દક્ષ રહો અને તમારું તેમજ હિન્દુ સમાજનું કોઈ નુક્શાન ન કરી બેસો તે માટે આ લેખ વાંચવો જરુરી છે. ‘બધા મુસ્લિમ એકસરખા નથી હોતા’ એવું માનવાની ઉતાવળ કરવાની જરુર નથી કારણ કે જગતભરના મુસલમાનો એક છે. તેઓની દુશ્મનાવટ તમામ બિનમુસ્લિમ સાથે એકસરખી છે. ભારતના ભણેલા મુસલમાનો પોતાના ધર્મને નામે ચાલી રહેલી હિંસાત્મક પ્રવૃત્તિઓને ગાળો આપવા તૈયાર નથી. આપણે એ ન ભુલવું જોઈએ કે ભારતની પ્રગતિ ન જોઈ શકતા પાકીસ્તાનમાં આતંકવાદીઓનું ઉત્પાદન કરતી ફેક્ટરીઓ ધમધમી રહી છે. ભારતની સરહદના કાશ્મીરમાં પણ આતંકવાદી તાલીમકેન્દ્રો ખુલ્લેઆમ ચાલી રહ્યા છે તો ભારત બહાર ને ભારત વિરુદ્ધ તો ન જાણે કેટલીય ઘાતક પ્રવૃત્તિઓ થઈ રહી હશે!

બિનસાંપ્રદાયિક રાષ્ટ્ર હોવાને કારણે ભારતમાં રહીને ભારતને દગો-ફટકો મારનારાઓની સંખ્યા લાખોમાં છે. તેથી ભારતને કપટથી ખતમ કરવાનો તેઓનો ઉત્સાહ અવિરત વધતો રહેલો છે. તમામ આતંકવાદીઓ મુસ્લિમ ધર્મના જ હોય છે એ નગ્ન સત્ય હોવા છતાં જેઓની ખસી કરી નાંખવામાં આવી છે એવા ભારતના નપુંસક બુદ્ધિજીવીઓ દલીલ કરે છે, કે ‘આતંકવાદીઓનો કોઈ ધર્મ હોતો નથી.’ પરંતુ તમામ આતંકવાદી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ ‘ઈસ્લામ’ના બેનર નીચે થઈ રહી છે એ બાબત નિર્વિવાદ છે. આ આતંકવાદીઓને ભારતમાં પોતાનું નેટવર્ક સ્થાપવું હોય તો તેઓને ભારતના મુસ્લિમોની મદદ લીધા વિના છુટકો નથી. ભારતના મુસ્લિમો સિવાય અન્ય કોઈ ધર્મના નાગરિકો આતંકવાદીઓને આશરો આપવા તૈયાર થાય નહિ ને ભારતના મુસલમાનોને આતંકવાદીઓને આશ્રય આપ્યા સિવાય છુટકો નહિ. કારણ કે ભારતના મુસલમાનોને ઈસ્લામિક રાષ્ટ્રો સાથે આત્મીય સંબંધ હોવાનો જ. હજ દરમિયાન મક્કામાં ભેગા થનારા દુનિયાભરના મુસલમાનો એકબીજા સાથે રોટી-બેટીનો વ્યવહાર રાખતા જ હોય છે. આથી એ મુસ્લિમો સાથે વ્યવહાર કપાઈ જાય તો સામાજિક તેમજ ધાર્મિક ક્ષેત્રે તેઓનો બહિષ્કાર થઈ જાય. અને એવું બને તો ભારતના મુસલમાનોને ગભરામણ થઈ જાય. માટે પાકીસ્તાનથી મુસલમાનોની ભલામણ ચિઠ્ઠી લઈને આવેલા આતંકવાદીઓને આશ્રય આપવાનો ઈંકાર ભારતના મુસલમાનો કરી શકે નહિ.

ભારતના મુસલમાનો કહે છે કે હિન્દુઓ અમને તેઓની વસાહતમાં મકાન, દુકાન કે ઓફિસ ખરીદવા દેતા નથી. એમાં વાંક કોનો? મુસલમાન હિન્દુઓની વસતીમાં ઘુસીને માંસ રાંધવાનું શરુ કરે. હિન્દુ બહુમતિ ધરાવતા આ દેશમાં હિન્દુઓ માટે અતિ પવિત્ર ગણાતી ગાય અને વાછરડાને પણ ખાવાનું છોડે નહિ. રસ્તા પર રખડતા ને આવતા જતાં ટ્રાફિકને અડચણરુપ બનતા તેઓના પાળેલા બકરી અને મરઘીને કોઈ વાહનચાલકથી ભુલેચુકે નજીવું નુક્શાન થઈ જાય એટલે તરત મારામારી શરુ કરી દે. મુસ્લિમ યુવાનોને જાહેરમાર્ગો પર ક્રિકેટ જેવી રમત રમતા કે ત્યાંથી પસાર થતી સ્ત્રીની સરેઆમ છેડતી કરતા કોઈ રોકી શકે નહિ. તેઓના આવારા રખડતા બાળકને ટ્રક જેવું ભારે વાહન કચડી નાંખે એટલે આગચંપી ને તોડફોડ કરીને પળવારમાં લાખોનું નુકશાન કરી નાંખે. ભારતભરમાં તમે ટ્રેન કે બસમાં મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યા હો તો તમને, મુસ્લિમ વિસ્તાર શરુ થયો એવું કહેવાની જરુર ન પડે કારણ કે તેઓ વિકાસમાં બિલકુલ માનતા નથી.

કોલેજમાં અભ્યાસ કરતી હિન્દુ છોકરીઓના હિન્દુ બોયફ્રેંડ હોય છે તેમ મુસ્લિમ બોયફ્રેંડ પણ હોય છે. આ છોકરીઓ એવું વિચારે છે કે પોતે ધર્મ બાબતે કટ્ટર નથી પરંતુ મુસ્લિમ છોકરાઓ ધાર્મિક કટ્ટરપંથી છે તેનું શું? તેઓ હિન્દુ છોકરીઓ સાથે દોસ્તી કરે છે પરંતુ મુસ્લિમ છોકરીને ભુલેચુકે કોઈ હિન્દુ છોકરા સાથે વાત કરતી જુએ તો એને એવી સજા કરે છે કે જેથી એ છોકરી ફરીથી એવી ભુલ ના કરે! ઈંગલેંડમાં સ્થાયી થયેલા મુસ્લિમ પરિવારોમાં જન્મેલી છોકરી ત્યાંનું કલ્ચર જોઈને વિધર્મી બોયફ્રેંડ રાખે છે. અનેકવાર ટોકવા છતાં એ છોકરી એના બોયફ્રેંડ સાથે ડેટિંગ પર જવાનું બંધ ના કરે તો મુસ્લિમ પરિવારો એ છોકરીની હત્યા કરી નાંખતા અચકાતા નથી. આ ઘટનાને ઓનર કિલિંગ કહેવાય છે. અને ઈંગલેંડમાં ઓનર કિલિંગનું પ્રમાણ ઘણું છે. એક અર્થમાં પ્રિંસેસ ડાયેનાનું પણ ઓનર કિલિંગ થયેલું એ વાત ઘણાં જાણે છે.

ભારતમાં મુસ્લિમ અને હિન્દુ પરસ્પર વ્યવહાર કરે છે ત્યારે એવું કયું પરિબળ છે જેનાથી હિન્દુ યુવાન મુસ્લિમથી દબાઈ જાય છે? મુસલમાન છોકરો હિન્દુને બેધડક કહી શકે, કે ‘ફલાણી હિન્દુ છોકરીને ફસાવવામાં મને મદદ કર ને!’ અને એ સાંભળતા હિન્દુ યુવક આક્રમક બનવાને બદલે દોસ્તીદાવે એને મદદ કરવા તૈયાર પણ થઈ જાય છે. હિન્દુ યુવાન એવું નથી વિચારી શકતો કે મુસ્લિમ છોકરાને એ કોઈ મુસ્લિમ છોકરીને પટાવવામાં મદદ કરવાનું કહે તો એ છોકરો હિન્દુના કેવા હાલ કરે. એ પ્રત્યક્ષ તો કાંઈ ન કહે પણ બીજા મુસ્લિમને કહીને એ કહેવાતા હિન્દુ મિત્રના હાડકા ભંગાવી નાંખે, એમાં બે મત નહિ. નવરાત્રીમાં હિન્દુ છોકરાની મિત્રતા કરીને એની સાથે ગરબા રમવા મુસ્લિમ તૈયાર હોય છે. એનો દુષ્ટ ઈરાદો નવ દિવસમાં હિન્દુ છોકરીને ગર્ભવતી બનાવવાનો(ડાયરેક્ટ એક્સ્ટ્રીમ પર જવાનો) જ હોય છે. ખરેખર તો આવા દુષ્ટને સાથે રાખીને ગરબા રમવા જવાને બદલે હિન્દુ યુવાને સ્પષ્ટ કહી દેવું જોઈએ કે મુસ્લિમ છોકરીને સાથે લઈને ગરબા રમવા આવ!

હિન્દુ છોકરીઓએ સમજી લેવાની જરુર છે કે મુસ્લિમ છોકરો તેની તરફ ધર્માંતરણની દૃષ્ટિએ જ જોતો હોય છે. એ છોકરા પાસે કપડાં, બાઈક, શુઝ વગેરે જે કાંઈ હોય છે એ બધું જ અંડરવર્લ્ડ તરફથી ધર્માંતરણ માટે આવેલા ફંડમાંથી હિન્દુ છોકરીઓને ફસાવીને મુસ્લિમ બિબ્બી બનાવવા માટે જ હોય છે. એ છોકરો કુંવારા હોવાનું નાટક કરતો પણ હોઈ શકે. એને અગાઉથી બે-ત્રણ બિબ્બીઓ અને મરઘીના પિલ્લાની જેમ રસ્તા પર રખડતા પાંચ-સાત બચ્ચાઓ પણ હોઈ શકે છે. હિન્દુ છોકરીને પટાવવા માટે હવે મુસ્લિમ છોકરાઓ હિન્દુ નામ રાખવા માંડયા છે તેમજ ગળામાં હિન્દુ દેવી-દેવતાનો ફોટો પણ રાખે છે ને હિન્દુ છોકરી સાથે મંદિરમાં જઈને પ્રસાદ પણ ખાય છે. એક વાર હિન્દુ છોકરી ઘરની બહાર નીકળીને ભાગી એટલે સમાજમાં એની બદનામી થઈ ગઈ હોવાથી તેના પરિવારજનો કે કોઈ હિન્દુ છોકરો તેને સ્વીકારવા તૈયાર હોતો નથી. તેને ભગાડી ગયેલા મુસ્લિમ દ્વારા હવે તેની જે સ્થિતિ થાય છે એ તો કોઈ હિન્દુ છોકરીના નસીબમાં ન આવે!

હિન્દુ છોકરીએ શાદી કરીને એ છોકરાના જીવતા જાગતા નર્ક જેવા ઘરમાં અંધારી કોટડી જેવા ગુસલખાના(રસોડા)માં જઈને ગાયનું માંસ રાંધીને તેના અબ્બાજાનને, અમ્મીજાનને અને તેની જીવતી ડાકણ જેવી શોક્યોને ખવડાવવાનું હોય છે. જરુરી નથી કે તેને પોતાની ભુખ સંતોષાય એટલું ખાવાનું તેમજ શરીર માંદુ પડે તો દાકતરી સારવાર મળે જ! એ તો બધું લક્ઝરી(વૈભવ) ગણાય ! હિન્દુમાંથી બિબ્બી બનેલી એ છોકરીની જરુર માત્ર એના શોહરની શારિરીક વાસના સંતોષવા પુરતી જ હોય છે. મુસ્લિમ બની ગયા પછી એ છોકરી પાછળ અંડરવર્લ્ડનું ફંડ વાપરવાનું હોતું નથી. એ મુસલમાન છોકરાને બીજી હિન્દુ છોકરીને પટાવવા જવાનું કામ સોંપાયું હોવાથી ને એ છોકરાની પોતાની કોઈ કમાણી ન હોવાથી બિબ્બીઓનું ભરણપોષણ એ કરે શી રીતે? આવું કામ કરવાથી અલ્લાહ રાજી થાય છે એવું મુસલમાનો માનતા હોય તો એવી ધાર્મિક માન્યતા, એના ધર્મગુરુઓ, અને એના અનુયાયીઓ વિશે શું કહેવું?

મુસલમાન ડ્રાઈવર

કેટલાક ધંધા એવા છે કે જે મુસલમાનો જ સંભાળતા હોય છે. દા.ત. ઓટોગેરેજ, મકાનનું રંગરોગાન, ડ્રાઈવરનું કામ, ફળની લારી વગેરે. ટ્રાવેલ કંપનીને ‘મુસ્લિમ ડ્રાઈવર ના જોઈએ’ એવું ના કહ્યું હોય તો તમે ભાડે કરેલી ગાડીનો ડ્રાઈવર મુસલમાન જ હોવાનો ! એની પાસે બે હથિયાર છે જેનાથી મુસાફરી દરમિયાન તમારા પરિવારની સ્ત્રીને એ પટાવવાની કોશિશ કરતો રહેવાનો: એક તો ડ્રાઈવર-અરીસો અને બીજું સી.ડી. પ્લેયર. એ અરીસો એવી રીતે સેટ કરશે કે જેથી ગાડીમાં બેઠેલી સ્ત્રીને ડ્રાઈવરનો ચહેરો ને ડ્રાઈવરને સ્ત્રીનો ચહેરો દેખાય. પછી એ સી.ડી.પ્લેયર ચાલુ કરીને અગાઉથી ક્રમ નક્કી કરી રાખ્યો હોય એવા ઉત્તેજક ગીતો વગાડવાનું શરુ કરશે અને ટારગેટેડ સ્ત્રીના ચહેરાના હાવભાવ જોતો રહેશે. આપણા હિન્દુ પુરુષો સ્ત્રીની પસંદ-નાપસંદ સમજવામાં જેટલા ગમાર સાબિત થાય છે એટલા જ પોતાની સ્ત્રીને પટાવી રહેલા લંપટની કામલીલાને ઓળખવામાં બુદ્ધુ હોય છે. આ આખી રમતની ખબર હિન્દુ પુરુષને હોતી જ નથી. પછી છોકરી ઘરેથી ભાગી જાય ત્યારે માથે હાથ દઈને રડવા બેસે છે.

વાતચીતની કળા(ધ આર્ટ ઓફ નેગોશીયેશન)માં સામાન્ય મુસ્લિમ પણ એટલો ચાલાક હોય છે કે એ ક્યારેય લાગણીઓને સંબંધમાં ભળવા દેતો જ નથી. એની સામે હિન્દુને જોઈએ તો એ લાગણીથી એટલો બધો ભીનો-ભીનો થઈ જાય છે, જેનો ભરપુર ફાયદો મુસ્લિમ ઉઠાવે છે. હિન્દુ સ્ત્રીની હાજરીમાં તેના પતિ કે પિતાને કે જે કોઈ પુરુષવર્ગ હોય છે એને ચર્ચામાં કોઈને કોઈ વાતે ખોટા સાબિત કરવા માટે મુસ્લિમ ડ્રાઈવર તૈયાર જ હોય છે. એક-બે વાર એવું બને એટલે સમુહના નિર્ણયો કરવાનું કામ એ પોતાના હસ્તક લઈ લે છે. પછી કઈ હોટેલમાં રોકાણ કરવાનું, ક્યારે મુસાફરી કરવી ને ક્યારે આરામ કરવો, ક્યાં જમવું વગેરે ડ્રાઈવર નક્કી કરે. પછી તે પોતાના મજહબી લોકોને આર્થિક કમાણી કરાવી આપે, શક્ય હોય તો તમને ખોટા ખર્ચા કરાવીને ખંખેરી નાંખે અને કોઈ નાજુક ઘડીએ તમારા ઘરની સ્ત્રી સાથે રમત રમી જાય એવું પણ બને!

હિન્દુ ભાઈ-બહેનો, થોડું વિચારો. ભારતમાં મુસલમાનો શિક્ષણ નથી લઈ રહ્યા, તેઓના કોઈ મોટા ઉદ્યોગ-ધંધા નથી છતાં રોજની કરોડો-અબજો રુપિયાની સ્થાવર મિલકતો તેઓ કેવી રીતે ખરીદી શકે છે? રોજેરોજ નવી-નવી મસ્જીદો ઊભી થયા કરે છે, વડોદરાના ચોક્સી બજાર જેવા મોંઘાદાટ વિસ્તારમાં લાખો રુપિયાની દુકાનો લઈને એમાં કાચની બંગડીઓ વેચવાનો ધંધો કરનાર પાસે રુપિયા ક્યાંથી આવ્યા? મુસ્લીમ રાષ્ટ્રો તરફથી ઈસ્લામના ફેલાવાના ભાગ રુપે જે અઢળક ફંડ આવે છે તેનાથી આવી મિલકતો ખરીદવામાં આવે છે. હિન્દુ વસાહતોમાં આર્થિક જરુરિયાતવાળા પરિવારને થોડા વધુ રુપિયાની લાલચ આપીને, શક્ય હોય તો એની સાથે મિત્રતાનો દેખાવ કરી થોડા-થોડા કરીને ઘણાં રુપિયા ઉછીના આપી એને દેવામાં ઊતારીને પછી એ રકમ એકસામટી પાછી માંગીને એને ડરાવીને-ધમકાવીને રુપિયાના બદલામાં એનું મકાન મુસલમાન પડાવી લે છે. દરરોજ કુદકે ભુસકે મુસલમાનો હિન્દુ વિસ્તારોની પ્રોપર્ટી ખરીદી રહ્યા છે. આર્થિક તંગી, પડી ભાંગેલા ઉદ્યોગ-ધંધાને કારણે દેવાદાર થઈ ગયેલા હિન્દુઓ પોતાના મકાનોના થોડાક વધુ દામ મેળવવા માટે એ મકાનો મુસલમાનોને વેચીને જતા રહેલા છે. એક ભયંકર પ્રવાહની ઝાપટ વાગે ને દરિયાની રેતીમાં લખેલું નામ ભુંસાઈ જાય એમ હિન્દુઓની સ્થાવર મિલકતો મુસ્લિમોને નામ થઈ રહી છે.

એકવાર મુસ્લિમ હિન્દુ વસાહતમાં ઘુસી જાય પછી એની જાહેરમાં અસામાજિક પ્રવૃત્તિઓ વધી જાય છે જેનાથી સભ્ય અને સંસ્કારી હિન્દુઓને રોજેરોજની અસંખ્ય તકલીફોનો સામનો કરવાનો આવે છે. મુસલમાન ઈચ્છે છે કે એ મુશ્કેલીઓથી કંટાળીને હિન્દુઓ સસ્તા ભાવે મકાન વેચીને ભાગી જાય. કારણ કે મુસ્લિમોને કાંટાળુ જીવન જીવવાની ટેવ પડી ગઈ છે એની સામે હિન્દુને મનની શાંતિ વધુ મહત્વની છે. એ શાંતિ માટે ઘણું-બધું જતું કરવા હંમેશા તૈયાર રહે છે. તેથી તેની આ માનસિકતાનો અતિશય લાભ મુસલમાનો લીધા જ કરે છે. આથી ભાઈઓ-બહેનો, હવે એવો સમય આવી ગયો છે કે આપણે લડવા તૈયાર રહેવું પડશે. આપણે દક્ષ નહિ રહીએ તો સતત ભાગ્યા જ કરવું પડશે અને મુસલમાન આપણને હેરાન-પરેશાન કરવા આપણી પાછળ પડ્યો જ હશે. ‘એટેક ઈઝ ધ બેસ્ટ ડીફેંસ’ એ જ એકમાત્ર ઉકેલ છે. શાહમૃગવૃત્તિ રાખવાથી શાંતિ નહિ મળે. શાહમૃગ જમીનમાં પોતાનું માથું ખોસી દે છે તેથી તે દુશ્મનને જોઈ શકતું નથી અને એવું માની લે છે કે દુશ્મન હવે છે જ નહિ. પછી દુશ્મન શાહમૃગને મારીને ખાઈ નાંખે છે. આપણે મુસ્લિમો દ્વારા થઈ રહેલા આર્થિક હુમલાને ખાળવા માટે એક થવું પડશે. આર્થિક દૃષ્ટિએ નબળા હિન્દુની મિલકત મુસ્લિમ પડાવી ન લે તેનું ધ્યાન રાખવું પડશે. ટી.વી. સામે બેસી રહેવા કરતા પોતાના ઘરે નાના-નાના સ્નેહમિલનો કરીને હિન્દુઓએ પરસ્પર હળતા-મળતા રહેવું પડશે. એકબીજા સાથે વાતચીતનો સંબંધ શરુ થશે એટલે આપોઆપ સમસ્યાઓ આપણા ધ્યાનમાં આવશે અને એનો ઉકેલ પણ મળશે.

શું તમે જાણો છો, આજવા રોડ પરની એક સોસાયટીનું નામ ‘મહાલક્ષ્મી’ અને બીજી સોસાયટીનું નામ રામના નામ પરથી છે જેમાં એક પણ હિન્દુ મકાનમાલિક નથી, બધા જ મુસલમાનો છે? આવું શી રીતે બન્યું? એક મુસ્લિમ એ સોસાયટીમાં મકાનમાલિક થઈ ગયો અને એણે એકલાએ સોસાયટીના તમામ રહીશોને ખદેડી મુક્યા ને મુસલમાનોએ તમામ મકાનો ખરીદી લીધા. ફતેગંજની વિષ્ણુકૃપા સોસાયટીમાં રહેતા મારા એક પરિચિતે મને એના દિલની વ્યથા કહેતા જણાવ્યું, કે એની સોસાયટીમાં એક મુસ્લિમ મકાનમાલિક બની ગયો. એને ત્યાં લગ્નપ્રસંગ આવ્યો. પોતાના મુસ્લિમ સગાઓને બોલાવીને એણે સોસાયટીના તમામ ઘરોના દરવાજાની બહાર બધાને બેસાડ્યા ને જમણવારની પંગત પાડીને સહુના ભાણામાં માંસ પીરસ્યુ. માંસ ખાઈને હાડકાના ટુકડાઓ જે-તે ઘરના આંગણા પાસે એંઠવાડ તરીકે રાખીને તેના સગાઓ ઊભા થઈ ગયા. માખીને પણ ન મારનારો હિન્દુ આવું શી રીતે સહન કરી શકે?

શું કોઈ ગુજરાતી હિન્દુએ કોઈ શહેરના મુસલમાન વિસ્તારને અંદરથી જોયો છે ખરો? કદાચ કોઈએ નહિ જોયો હોય! એની સામે મુસલમાનો હિન્દુ વિસ્તારની ગલીએ ગલીમાં ફરીને એની રજેરજ વિશે જાણતા હોય છે. સામાન્ય રીતે રાત્રે અગિયાર વાગ્યા બાદ દુકાનો-હોટેલ્સ, ખાણી-પીણીની લારીઓ બંધ કરી દેવાનો જે-તે શહેરનો કલેક્ટર કાયદો હોય છે. પોલીસની ગાડીઓ હિન્દુ વિસ્તારમાં ફરીને જરા અમથી લાકડી પછાડે એટલે ટપોટપ બધા પોતપોતાની દુકાનો બંધ કરીને ચાલ્યા જાય. પરંતુ મુસલમાન વિસ્તારમાં એવું નથી. ત્યાં તો રાત્રે અગિયાર વાગ્યા બાદ જલ્સો શરુ થાય છે તે છેક બે વાગ્યાથી લઈને સવારના ચાર-પાંચ વાગ્યા સુધી ચાલે છે અને એ પણ દરરોજ ! વડોદરા, નડિયાદ, ગોધરા કે અમદાવાદ એમ કોઈ પણ શહેરના આવા મુસ્લિમ વિસ્તારમાં કાયદાપાલન માટે પોલીસ જઈ પણ શકતી નથી. સરેઆમ જુગારના અડ્ડાઓ, તીનપત્તીની રમતો, આંકડા લગાવવા વગેરે પણ ચાલી રહેલા જોવા મળે. ચાંદ અને તારો ચીતરેલા લીલા રંગના ધ્વજને હવામાં ફરફરાતો જોવા મળે. મુસ્લિમ રાષ્ટ્રોમાં જ જોવા મળતી ખાણીપીણીની ગરમ વાનગીઓ પીરસાઈ રહેલી હોય. જાણે કે પાકીસ્તાનમાં જ આવી ગયા હોઈએ એવું આપણને લાગવા માંડે. મુસ્લિમો પાસે કાયદાનું પાલન કરાવવું પોલીસ માટે થકવી દેનારું છે. કોઈ હિન્દુ બળ કરીને દેખીતા ભેદભાવના મુદ્દે પોલીસને ભીંસમાં લે એટલે કલેક્ટર, હિન્દુ વિસ્તારમાં થોડી છુટછાટ આપીને એ હિન્દુને પટાવી લે, પરંતુ મુસ્લિમોને કાયદો શીખવાડવા ના જઈ શકે!

મુસલમાનોની માનસિકતાનો વધુ એક દાખલો આપું તો તેઓ ભુલેચુકેય કોઈ હિન્દુને કમાવા નહિ દે. પોતાની જરુરી તમામ ચીજ-વસ્તુઓ તેઓ અન્ય મુસ્લિમ પાસેથી જ ખરીદશે. જ્યારે એ બાબતમાં હિન્દુઓ ઉદારમતવાદી રહે છે. આપણી સાથે વ્યવહાર કરીને રુપિયા કમાઈને તેઓ મજબૂત બનીને આપણને જ હેરાન કરતા હોય તો આપણે દક્ષ બની જવું જોઈએ. તેઓને કમાવી આપવા કરતા આપણા હિન્દુ ભાઈઓ-બહેનો કમાય એ જોવું જોઈએ. શરુઆતમાં વ્યવહાર કરતી વખતે આપણો હિન્દુ વેપારી આપણને છેતરે એવું બને પરંતુ જો વ્યવહાર વધુ સમય ચાલવા દેવાય અને એને છેતરપિંડી બંધ કરવા અંગે સ્પષ્ટ શબ્દોમાં કહેવામાં આવે તો એ વેપારી પણ સમજુ હોવાથી આપણને છેતરવાનું બંધ કરી દેશે. ખરેખર તો આપણે હિન્દુઓએ નિર્ભય બનીને, લાગણીઓને બાજુ પર રાખીને થોડું સ્પષ્ટ બોલતા થવાની જરુર છે. આપણે હિન્દુઓ તો વાત-વાતમાં શરમાઈ જઈએ છીએ. શાકભાજીની એક લારીમાંથી તમે બટાકા ખરીદો અને એ લારીમાં ટામેટા હોવા છતાં બાજુમાં ઉભેલી લારીએ તમે ટામેટા ખરીદવા જઈ શકશો? માત્ર બે મિનિટના વ્યવહારમાં આપણે અજાણ્યા સાથે લાગણીથી બંધાઈ જઈએ છીએ. તમે કોઈ અજાણ્યા સાથે વ્યવહાર કરતા પહેલા એનું નામ પુછો અને એ સામે પ્રશ્ન કરે કે ‘શા માટે મને નામ પુછો છો?’ તો સમજી લેવાનું કે એ મુસ્લિમ જ છે. મુસલમાનો પોતાની ઓળખ છુપાવવા ઘણી વખત પોતાના ધંધાના નામો સસ્તા અંગ્રેજી શબ્દો પરથી રાખે છે અને દુકાનનું પાટીયું એવા નામથી ચીતરાવે છે. દા.ત. એ-વન ઓટો ગેરેજ, ટીપટોપ ટેલર, હોટેલ હાઈવે વગેરે.

મુસ્લિમો અંગે એક મહત્વની બાબત એ છે કે તેઓ ભારત પ્રત્યેની નફરત વ્યક્ત કરવા તત્પર હોય છે અને એવી ચાલાકીથી તેઓ ઘૃણા બતાવે છે કે તમારે મૌન રાખ્યા સિવાય છુટકો જ નહિ. દા.ત. ભારતમાં ચાલતા ભ્રષ્ટાચારથી તમે વ્યથિત છો અને એને દૂર કરવા તમે ચિંતિત છો તેથી ક્યારેક તમે વ્યથાથી ઊભરાઈ જાઓ તો બોલો છો, ‘સો મે સે નિન્યાનવે બેઈમાન ફિર ભી મેરા ભારત મહાન.’ પરંતુ આ જ વાત જ્યારે મુસલમાન બોલે છે ત્યારે એ ભારતની ખરાબ છાપથી દુ:ખી થઈને નહિ પરંતુ ભારતને વિશ્વમાં બદનામ કરવાના ઈરાદે અંદરથી વિકૃત આનંદ માણતા બોલે છે. શાહબુદ્ધિનભાઈની હાસ્યકલા વિશે શું કહેવું? કેટકેટલા હિન્દુઓએ તેઓની કલાની કદર કરીને તેઓને અઢળક રુપિયા કમાવી આપ્યા છે! છતાં હિન્દુઓના ધ્યાનમાં એક વાત નથી આવતી કે તેઓ જ્યારે ગામઠી પાત્રોના ‘વલ્લભ’ અને ‘વિઠ્ઠલ’ એવા બે નામ લઈને ઠઠ્ઠા-મશ્કરી કરે છે ત્યારે તેના પર હસતા પહેલા આપણે વિચારવું જોઈએ. શું કોઈ હિન્દુ, ‘મહંમદ’ અને ‘હુસેન’ એવા બે નામધારી પાત્રોની મજાક-મશ્કરી કરશે તો મુસલમાન એ જોક પર હસશે ખરો? ક્રિકેટની રમતમાં ભારત મેચ હારે ત્યારે તમે ચબરાક હશો તો મુસ્લિમોને થતો આનંદ તમે પારખી શકશો.

હિન્દુ વિસ્તારમાં ઘુસવા માટે મુસ્લિમ સૌપ્રથમ એક લારી શરુ કરે છે ને એ બહાને આખા વિસ્તારની નાનામા નાની હિલચાલ પર નજર રાખે છે. લારી પર આવનારા એના સાથીદારોને એ વિસ્તારની ચહલ-પહલની માહિતી આપ્યા કરે છે. એમાંથી અછોડાતોડ ગેંગ, છોકરીની છેડતી કરનારી ગેંગ, મકાનોની લે-વેચ કરનાર દલાલોની ગેંગ, નશાકારક પદાર્થો વેચનારી ગેંગ વગેરે સક્રિય થઈ જાય છે. દક્ષ નાગરિકોએ મુસલમાનોને પોતાના વિસ્તારમાં લારી રાખવાની પરવાનગી પણ ન આપવી જોઈએ. હિન્દુઓએ સતત ધ્યાન રાખવું જોઈએ, કે પોતાના દીકરા-દીકરીના મિત્રો મુસ્લિમ ના હોય! કારણ કે મુસ્લિમો સંબંધ બાંધીને તેમને લાગણીમાં ફસાવી દેવામાં ઉસ્તાદ હોય છે. તેઓને તમારા પ્રત્યે કોઈ લાગણી હોતી જ નથી. આને જ રાક્ષસોની માયાવી વિદ્યા કહેવાતી હશે, કદાચ!

હિન્દુ વિસ્તારમાં કોઈ અકસ્માત થયો હોય તો પણ મુસ્લિમ હિન્દુને મારતા વિચાર નહિ કરે. આપણે હિન્દુઓ બીજાના મામલામાં દખલ કરતા નથી એ વાત મુસ્લિમ સારી રીતે જાણે છે તેથી આવી હરકત કરે છે. કોઈ હિન્દુને પકડીને વિના વાંકે ફટકારતા તેને વાર લાગતી નથી. પરંતુ હવે એને પડકારવાનું શરુ કરવું પડશે. આમ કરવાથી ખરેખર ડરપોક એવા તેને ભાગી જતા વાર લાગતી નથી. ગુનો કરવા માટે પણ ચેતી ગયેલા મુસલમાનો પોતાની સાથે એક-બે હિન્દુને અચુક રાખે છે જેથી ‘મુસ્લિમો જ ગુનેગાર છે’ એવું તમે કહી ના શકો. કાયદો હાથમાં લેતા મુસ્લિમને વાર લાગતી નથી. પોલીસને ફટકારતા કે જેલમાં જતા એ ડરતો નથી. તમે અગવડમાં હો તો શરુઆતમાં તમને મદદ કરવા મુસ્લિમ હંમેશા તત્પર હોય છે એની સામે હિન્દુ તમારી મુશ્કેલીને સમજવા કે તમને મદદ કરવા તૈયાર હોતો નથી. તેમ છતાં હિન્દુ જ તમારો સાચો હિતેચ્છુ છે એ ભુલવું જોઈએ નહિ. કારણ કે મુસ્લિમ તમને મદદ કરે છે એની પાછળનું ગણિત જુદું છે એ આપ સમજી શકો છો.

મેં હંમેશા જોયું છે કે કોઈ પણ સરકારી કે અર્ધસરકારી સંસ્થામાં માત્ર એક મુસ્લિમ કર્મચારી હશે તો પણ એ સહુને નડતો જ રહેશે. પોતાની મનમાની જ કરશે. એક વાર પરીક્ષાખંડમાં એક નિરીક્ષકે એક મુસ્લિમ છોકરીને કાપલીમાંથી લખતા પકડી પાડી. એ છોકરીએ જરાય વાર ન લગાડતા એ નિરીક્ષક પર આક્ષેપ કરી દીધો, કે ‘તેઓ લઘુમતિને હેરાન કરી રહ્યા છે.’ ઘણી કોલેજોની અંદર એવી મુસ્લિમ છોકરીઓ ભણવા આવે છે જેઓની મા જન્મે હિન્દુ અને મુસ્લિમ સાથે ભાગી જઈને વટલાઈ હતી. મુસ્લિમ છોકરાઓ હિન્દુ છોકરીને ફસાવવા માટે એવી મુસ્લિમ છોકરીઓ પાસે બેધડક સહકાર માંગે છે. કોલેજોમાં નગરના રખડુ મુસ્લિમ છોકરાઓ બેરોકટોક પ્રવેશી શકે છે, લાયબ્રેરીમાં વાંચવાનો ડોળ કરતા બેસી રહે છે અને લાગ મળતા જ હિન્દુ છોકરીઓને ભરમાવવાનું કામ કર્યા કરે છે. લાયબ્રેરિયન તેઓનો વિરોધ કરે તો એણે માર ખાવા તૈયાર રહેવું પડે છે કારણ કે કોલેજના અન્ય હિન્દુ કર્મચારીઓ કે અધ્યાપકો તરફથી શિસ્તપાલન કે કાયદાની જાળવણી માટે એને કોઈનો સહકાર મળવાનો નથી. પછી એ પણ વિચારવા લાગે, કે ‘મારે શું?’

આ ‘મારે શું? ના તત્વએ આપણને હંમેશા બરબાદ કર્યા છે છતાં આપણે બીજાની કાળજી કરવાનું વિચારતા નથી. કોઈ પરિચિત હિન્દુ છોકરીને કોઈની સાથે રખડતી જોઈએ તો આપણે વિચારીએ, ‘મારે શું? એના મા-બાપને કહેવા જઈશું તો ઉલ્ટાના આપણને ખખડાવશે, કે “તમને તો મારી દીકરીને બદનામ કરવામાં રસ લાગે છે.” એની સામે મુસ્લિમ છોકરીને હિન્દુ છોકરા સાથે જોઈ જાય તો શું મુસ્લિમ એ વાતને છાની રાખશે ખરો? આમ, આપણી ‘મારે શું?’ની ભાવનાથી ને મુસ્લિમોની અસામાજિક પ્રવૃત્તિથી ધીરે-ધીરે આખાય દેશનું તંત્ર ખાડે જતા વાર લાગતી નથી.

ભાઈઓ-બહેનો ઘણી વાતો કહેવાની છે પરંતુ આજે અહિંયા અટકુ છું. સેક્યુલર હિન્દુને મારી વાતો નથી ગમવાની પણ મને એની કોઈ પરવા નથી. આવું વાંચીને હિન્દુઓને મારા લખાણ પ્રત્યે કચવાટ અનુભવાતો હોય તો ના વાંચશો. પરંતુ હું હિન્દુ ભાઈઓ-બહેનોને જાગ્રત કરવાનું મારું કર્તવ્ય ચુકવાનો નથી. કારણ કે ભારત હિન્દુ રાષ્ટ્ર જાહેર થાય એવું સપનું હું જોઈને બેઠો છું. છેલ્લે મારી એક વાત હંમેશા ધ્યાનમાં રાખવા વિનંતી કે મારી આ વાતો મુસ્લિમ પ્રત્યે વેરભાવના રાખવા માટે નહિ પરંતુ તેઓથી આપણું થઈ રહેલું નુક્શાન રોકવા માટે જ છે.

Incredible Story of Shibani Acharya

The Orissa is a state on the eastern coast of India and Bolangir is the district town of the district Bolangir of the state. The affluent and educated Harishchandra Acharya is a resident of said town of Orissa. He is Brahmin by caste. Harishchandra is serving the Government of Orissa as a Revenue Officer and his wife also is a Lecturer in a local college at Bolangir. The couple has a son and a daughter and the Daughter Shibani is elder to the son. She is 19-year-old and doing B. Sc. in a local college and she is a second-year student in the college. Apart from that, she is doing a computer course B.C.A. in a local computer training centre. The son is younger to Shibani by one year and he is doing an engineering course in an engineering college in Bhubaneshwar, the capital of the state. So, it is a happy and well off family.

But trouble appeared from a quite unexpected quarters. Harishchandra had undertaken a repairing work of his house and engaged some Muslim masons for the job. It should be mentioned here that there is a dearth of masons in Orissa and the people of the state generally hire Muslim artisans from the adjacent state of West Bengal, particularly from the district of Mueshidabad, to get their job done.

In this context, it should also be mentioned that Orissa is the land of Lord Jagannath and the people of the state, though poor, are very pious and deeply devoted to Lord Jagannath. There are two states in India, namely Orissa and Assam, where the Muslims, during the Muslim rule, could not penetrate much due to patriotism and bravery of the people of these two states. So, when the other parts of India were bleeding due to Muslim onslaught, these two states could have been able defeat the Muslim invaders and protect their freedom and culture. So, conversion was also much less and, as a result, percentage of Muslim population in Orissa is much less than the other parts of today’s India.

Presently, Orissa is one of the poorest states of India and many believe that it is due to laziness and lack of initiative of the people of the state. There is a good demand of masons in the state. But the people of Orissa are reluctant to learn the trade to earn their bread. Many also believe that, it is their extraordinary religious and spiritual pursuit that has come in the way of their enthusiasm and perseverance. On the other hand, this lack of initiative and enthusiasm is the wide open gate of misfortune through which distress and misery enter the state. It is, perhaps, impossible even for Lord Jagannath to protect them from that misfortune.

The Muslim masons, Harishchandra had hired, Naimur Shaikh (35) was one of them. One fine morning, Harishchandra and his family could detect that, Shibani had eloped with Naimur. The incident took place at the end of April this year (2010 AD). Everybody was perplexed as well as distressed at this totally unexpected development. Searching immediately started but in vain. At last, Harishchandra could obtain the address of Naimur from other Muslim masons working in the locality. That too could have been possible as the population and influence of the Muslims are marginal in Bolangir. In fact, Muslims contribute only 0.5 per cent of population of the district of Bolangir.

It has been mentioned above that Shibani’s father was an officer under the Government of Orissa and had much influence over the law enforcing authority of the state. So, without much difficulty, he lodged a complaint with the local police station and received quite good response from the police. The reader should understand that, this was not the only incident in the country and hundreds of thousands of such events are taking place in India and in many cases it was found that help from the police is not enough. Hence advice from the peoples, who previously handled such cases, is also important.

In this context, I like to mention one incident, in which Baruipur police station sent a police officer and 6 constables to Pune to rescue a Bengali girl, who had been seduced and kidnapped to Pune and ultimately sold to a brothel. But the police failed to bring her back. On the contrary, the police officer was aware that our organization succeeded to rescue another girl who was similarly kidnapped from Canning and sold to a brothel in Pune, without any police help. So, Shibani’s father, apart from seeking police help, informed the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and other Hindu organization. The All India Assistant Organising Secretary of VHP, Hemantabhai, was from the state Orissa. Harishchandra contacted him and briefed him about the incident and asked for his help. He promised him that his organization would do its best. He also promise that he would also accompany him to Murshidabad in search of her daughter. But they had much confusion over, how far they would be able to do, as the Suti Block in the district of Murshidabad, where Naimur Shaikh lived, is a Muslim dominated (65%) place.

However, on May 3, Harishchandra, with two police officers, one constable and two activists of VHP came to Kolkata from Bolangir. One of the police officers was very efficient and experienced. He was specially selected and deputed by the SP of Bolangir, to rescue Shibani by any means. Meanwhile, we could have been able to engage a person of Fatepur, the village where Naimur lived, to keep watch on Naimur. Luckily, we came to know that the Bharat Sevashram Sangha runs a big Ashram, including a boy’ residential boarding, in a nearby village. We started to maintain regular contact with them. They told me that, Naimur is said to have brought a new girl, who does not understand Bengali and she is not eating anything for last three days. They also informed me that, Naimur already has a wife, a mother of five kids.

On the day before the arrival of the team from Bolangir to Kolkata, I had an occasion to meet Swami Pradiptananda, the brave and spirited monk of the Bharat Sevashram Sangha (and the only shelter for the Hindus of the Muslim dominated district of Murshidabad), at the Sree Nath auditorium hall at Ballygunge and briefed him about the development. It should be mentioned that Swami Pradiptananda is in charge of the Ashram of the Bharat Sevashram Sangha at Beldanga, in the district of Murshidabad. Swamiji contacted the higher police authorities of Bahrampur, the district town of Murshidabad and briefed the incidence to them.
The team from Bolangir came to Kolkata in the next morning. We hired a car for them and they set out for Bahrampur at about 11 AM.

The team arrived Bahrampur in the afternoon and met the Additional SP, and according to his instruction went to the Suti police station at about 9 PM. To keep their operation secret, they preferred to go to Suti police Station in the darkness of night. The Officer-in-charge of the Suti police station fully cooperated with the team. We have previous experience that, in such cases a Muslim staff of the police, who are regularly paid by the miscreants, informs the culprit so that they could hide the kidnapped girl.

A team of police personnel from the Suti police station and the team from Bolangir, accompanied by Harishchandra and two members of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, raided the house of Naimur nearly at 12 in the midnight. It was a thatched cottage. Naimur was alarmed by seeing the headlight of the police convoy and escaped. After knocking the door, Shivani came out. She was sleeping with Naimur in that room and his other wife was sleeping in the adjacent room with her five children.

Harishchandra became extremely emotional after seeing his daughter. He clasped her hands and broke into tears and said, “Please return to your home. Your mother is very sick of your absence. She is not eating anything for last a few days. She will die if you do not return with me.” The manner and tone, in which Shibani replied her father was extremely harsh and totally unexpected. Everyone was dumbfounded by her behavior. In extremely rude, rough and shrill voice, she said, “None has kidnapped me and I have come here out of my own will. I am having nice days here and I won’t return.” To the police team from Orissa, She said (in Oria), “Naimur was not ready to bring me here, I came here with the unwilling Naimur.” She also said, “I am an adult woman and hence I have the right to do what I want.”

A police officer from Orissa asked her, “Who is that man who has just fled?” Shibani boldly replied, “He is my husband.” The officer asked, “Who is that man to you.” With similar boldness, she replied, “Being a officer, you do not know what is the relation between a husband and a wife.”

The police team from Orissa were surprised and taken aback by the rude and harsh behavior of Shibani. In general, the noble and educated families in Orissa, the children never talk in this manner with their parents. Even Shibani never behaved in this manner with her father. Her attitude toward her father was unthinkable. Sri Hemantabhai, the Leader of VHP, who accompanied the team, later told me that even the main gate of the house of Harishchandra is costlier than the entire house of Naimur. And more than that, he is already a father five children. Add to that, the difference in their food habits. When I was listening to the narration from Hamantabhai, it appeared to me that those were not Shibani’s words, but someone was inside Shibani was telling those words on her behalf.

Shibani then went inside and brought all the documents to prove her age and showed those documents to the police officers. The police team from the Suti police station then told the team from Orissa that, in such a situation they have nothing to do. “We cannot take an adult woman to the police station by force”, they said. Father Harishchandra could understand that, any request and advice to his daughter would be futile. The case of Rijwanur Rahman and Prianka Todi was still haunting the West Bengal Police. So, the entire team returned bowing down their heads with shame.

The tale of Shibani Acharya has been told above. But my intention is not only to tell the story. The long story, that has been told above, is for my inability to make others understand that why Hindu girls behave so erroneously. I have encountered so many similar cases. While I am writing this article, a 16-year-old uneducated village girl is staying in the other room of my house. She fell victim of an attempt of rape and somehow she could escape and come to me. Tomorrow, she will be sent, accompanied by a few members of Hindu Samhati, to the Mandirbazar police station to lodge an FIR. Many similar cases I have heard, heard very attentively. I have heard such stories even from victim girls.

By observing such cases, I have been convinced – though many would not be ready to believe – that the Muslims have acquires some type of black magic or some other form of occult science, or sorcery to charm or hypnotize the Hindu girls. Or they take the help of some herbs to charm them for a certain period of time, a few days or a few months, and to force them to obey their whims. If not occult science and drugs, they must apply some psychological process to hypnotize them.

I am fully convinced that they apply either of the two methods mentioned, otherwise how these Hindu girls, coming from well off educated families can accept such unequal marriages with uneducated Muslim men, most of whom are daily labourers having a wife and children at home and how these Hindu girls continue to live with their poverty-stricken families. I am also convinced that the trend is being diluted by calling it a love-jihad. By studying many such cases, I have been fully convinced that, there is not a trace of love in such cases, but there are tricks, or effect of some herbal medicine, or some psychological or hypnotic process which we do not know. So we are failing to prescribe an effective antidote for that. This ignorance, inability and helplessness is tormenting day and night. I am unable to rid myself of this agony even for a moment.

I therefore request each and every reader of this write-up to give a deep thought over the matter and find out an effective means so that we may be able to stop thousands of Hindu girls from going with Muslims. In that case, we would request him to let us know the trick so that we may put that in practice in a bigger way. We shall then be able to save thousands of our Hindu sisters from disaster and we shall be able to save them from getting lost under the black burqa.

When mosques are built, imams, mullahs or mosque elders tend to be sent to the U.S. with one clear mission:  Make Islamic religion, laws, and life supreme within the Unite States or any other host country, using any and all tactics necessary. 

 Next, from within the safety of their local mosques, they begin to use their revolting practices and wild sermonizing to force the genteel Americans to relocate to safer, less threatening neighborhoods and cities as is the case in England and other European countries.

They will elect Muslims to all positions of local influence, who will create and enforce policy according to the Sharia law.  Once they have control over a town, they will begin to establish informal Sharia, and there’s nothing the government can (or will want to) do about it.

I recommended a Mosque be allowed to be built at ground zero, that is what the Mayor Blumberg of NY  and our Muslim Presidentwants , but I learned that before the Muzzies wanted to build a Mosque, a Greek Orthodox group wanted to build a church there and was denied permission.

We can not have a dual standard in …the US that allows one religion preference over another.

If the decision was previously made for no religious houses there, then fine leave it at that. But if the Muzzies get their Mosque, let the Greeks also get their church!

ઈસ્લામ ધર્મના અનુયાયીઓએ વિશ્વના ઘણા દેશોને ગુલામ બનાવી ત્યાંની પ્રજા પર અકલ્પનીય અત્યાચાર ગુજારી સદીઓ સુધી ત્યાં શાસન કરી તેઓની તમામ ધન-સંપત્તિ લુંટીને સહુને બેહાલ કર્યા છે.

તમે પગની આંટી વાળીને ઉભેલા, મુખેથી વાંસળી વગાડતા કૃષ્ણને જોયા છે? એ કૃષ્ણની પાછળ ઉભેલી ગાયને તમે જોઈ છે? કૃષ્ણની વાંસળીથી માત્ર ગોપીઓ જ નહિ, ગાયો પણ ઘેલી થઈને ખેંચાઈ આવતી. પ્રેમભાવથી ઘેલા થઈને નાચવું એ આપણો સ્વભાવ છે. જ્યાં નિર્ભયતા હોય છે ત્યાં ઉમંગ-ઉલ્લાસ જોવા મળે છે. અને નિર્ભય વાતાવરણનો સર્જક એવો આપણો ક્ષત્રિય ‘ગો-બ્રાહ્મણ પ્રતિપાળ’ કહેવાય છે. શું ક્ષત્રિય આ દેશમાં પોતાનો ધર્મ પાળી શકે છે? ગાયને કપાતી રોકી શકે છે?

જે દેશમાં દસ-દસ વાર ભગવાને અવતાર લઈને માનવજાતને જીવન જીવવાનું માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું એ દેશના રાષ્ટ્રધ્વજમાં રામ-કૃષ્ણ કે સંસ્કૃતિના મહાસપૂતો એવા મહારાણા પ્રતાપ કે છત્રપતિ શિવાજીને રાખવાને બદલે સફેદ-લીલા-ભૂરા રંગો રાખવામાં આવ્યા હોય, રાષ્ટ્રના કોઈપણ માનદંડ(રાષ્ટ્રધ્વજ, રાષ્ટ્રીય મુદ્રા, રાષ્ટ્રગીત)માં કરોડો હિન્દુ ભારતીયોની શ્રદ્ધાનું એક પણ પ્રતિક(મોરપીંછ, વાંસળી, સુદર્શન ચક્ર, સુર્ય, ધનુષ્ય-બાણ, શંખ, ગદા, કમળ વગેરે) ન રાખવામાં આવ્યું હોય, અને જે ધર્મને જગદ્ગુરુ શ્રીમદ આદ્ય શંકરાચાર્યે ભારતભરમાંથી મારી હટાવ્યો એ ધર્મના પ્રતીક એવા અશોકચક્રને રાષ્ટ્રધ્વજમાં સ્થાન અપાયું હોય એ દેશમાં આપણું કહી શકાય એવું શું છે? આપણા દેશમાં આપણે જ પરાયા?

આઝાદી મળ્યે સાઠ-સાઠ દાયકાઓ વીતી ગયા છતાં આપણા બાળકોને ભારતીય સંસ્કૃતિ મુજબનું તપોવન પદ્ધતિનું શિક્ષણ આપણે આપી શકતા નથી. આપણી સંસ્કૃતિના અભ્યાસવિષયો કેટલા બધા સમૃદ્ધ છે! સત્તર-સત્તર પ્રકારની રાજ્યવ્યવસ્થાનો ઉલ્લેખ આપણે ત્યાં જોવા મળે છે. આપણા અર્થશાસ્ત્રમાં ઉપાર્જનની સાથે-સાથે જોવા મળતા વિનિમયના સિદ્ધાંતો પણ વિચારણીય છે. ભ્રષ્ટ ઈતિહાસકારોએ લખેલો હોવાથી આપણો સાચો ઈતિહાસ પણ આપણે ભણાવી શકતા નથી. શું અર્થ છે આવી આઝાદીનો?

જગતની અડતાલીસ સંસ્કૃતિઓમાંની એક માત્ર ભારતીય સંસ્કૃતિ, જે 80 હજાર વર્ષ જુની હોવા છતાં આજે અસ્તિત્વમાં છે. બાકીની તમામ સંસ્કૃતિઓ જન્મી ને કેટલીક શતાબ્દિઓ સુધી જીવીને કાળના પેટમાં દટાઈ ગઈ. ભારત દેશ આર્યોનું મુળ વતન વિશ્વસ્તરે સાબિત થઈ ચુક્યો છે. જમીનસીમા વધારવા કે કોઈની ધન-સંપત્તિ લુંટવા આર્યોએ ક્યારેય કોઈ દેશ કે રાજ્ય પર આક્રમણ કર્યું નથી. ખ્રિસ્તી તેમજ ઈસ્લામ ધર્મના અનુયાયીઓએ વિશ્વના ઘણા દેશોને ગુલામ બનાવી ત્યાંની પ્રજા પર અકલ્પનીય અત્યાચાર ગુજારી સદીઓ સુધી ત્યાં શાસન કરી તેઓની તમામ ધન-સંપત્તિ લુંટીને સહુને બેહાલ કર્યા છે. આ ધર્મોના અનુયાયી શાસકોની એક હજાર વર્ષની ગુલામીમાંથી મુક્ત થયા બાદ ફરીથી આપણને આઝાદી મળી એનો અર્થ એવો નથી કે વૈદિક ધર્મ અને સંસ્કૃતિએ પોતાની દિવ્ય-ભવ્ય પરંપરાનો ગર્વ ભુલીને હજી હમણા જ જન્મેલા અને રક્તરંજિત ઈતિહાસ ધરાવતા ખ્રિસ્તી-ઈસ્લામ ધર્મની સાથે સમાન બનીને જીવવું. જ્યાં સુધી ભારતદેશ આર્યાવર્ત તરીકે પોતાના પુન:ગૌરવને પ્રાપ્ત ન કરે ત્યાં સુધી આપણે આઝાદ થયાનો કોઈ અર્થ નથી.

આપણા દરેક ઈષ્ટદેવના હાથમાં સ્વરક્ષા માટે તેમજ દુષ્ટોને દંડ દેવા માટે હંમેશા હથિયાર હોય છે. ભારતીય સંસ્કૃતિની વિશિષ્ટ વિચારધારા ટકે એ માટે શંકરે ત્રિપુરાસુરને બાળ્યો, રામચંદ્રે રાવણને તેમજ ગણેશે સિંદુરાસુરને માર્યો. ભગવાન વિષ્ણુએ અનંત રાક્ષસોનું હનન કર્યું. ભારતને આઝાદી મળ્યા બાદ ચાર નાદાન અને મુર્ખ છોકરાઓની બિનસાંપ્રદાયિકતા જેવી સ્વકપોળ કલ્પનાઓ વૈદિક વિચારધારા સામે કેટલું ટકી શકવાની છે, એ આપણા આર્યોના બાહુબળ પર આધારિત છે. ભારતની આઝાદીનો યશ ભલે ગાંધીજીની અહિંસાને મળ્યો, પરંતુ આઝાદીના રહસ્યો જાણી લેવા જરુરી છે. બીજા વિશ્વયુદ્ધમાં બુરી રીતે હારી ચુકેલા ઈંગલેંડને પોતાના બાહુબળથી જીતાડનાર અને ભારતને કોઈ પણ સંજોગોમાં આઝાદી ન આપવાનું વ્રત લેનાર ચર્ચિલ, યુદ્ધ બાદ તરત ઈંગલેંડમાં આવેલી ચુંટણીમાં, અગાઉ એક પણ વાર ન હાર્યો હોવા છતાં પ્રથમ વાર હારી કેમ ગયો? અને ભારતને આઝાદી આપવાના મતનો લિબરલ પક્ષ ઈંગલેંડના ઈતિહાસમાં પ્રથમ વાર ચુંટણી જીતી કેમ ગયો? ભારતને આઝાદ કરવાનું કાર્ય કર્યા બાદ તરત જ લિબરલ પક્ષ સત્તા ગુમાવી બેઠો અને ચર્ચિલનો હારી ચુકેલો કોંઝર્વેટીવ પક્ષ ફરીથી ચુંટણી જીતી ગયો. ત્યારબાદ પચાસ વર્ષ સુધી લિબરલ પક્ષ સત્તા પર આવ્યો નથી. ત્યારે કહેવાનું મન થાય કે ભારતને ભગવાને આઝાદી અપાવી છે, કોઈ વ્યક્તિએ નહિ. આજે પણ આર્યાવર્તના દેશભક્ત સપૂતો દુ:ષ્ટોને હણીને વૈદિક વિચારધારાને પુન: પ્રસ્થાપિત કરવા, આપણા ઈષ્ટદેવને અનુસરવા થનગની રહ્યા છે.

આતંકવાદીઓ, દેશદ્રોહીઓ પકડાય, સુપ્રીમકોર્ટમાં તેઓને સજા થાય છતાં એ સજાનો અમલ કરવાને બદલે એ ગુનેગારોના પરિવારજનોને મળીને તેઓની માફી માગનારાઓ આ દેશમાં ટોચની સત્તા પર બિરાજ્યા હોય ત્યાં આપણે આઝાદ તો નથી જ, પરંતુ સુરક્ષિત પણ નથી. દેશનું સર્વોચ્ચ માનદંડ એવી સંસદગૃહ પર હુમલો કરનાર અફઝલગુરુ હોય કે સેંકડો નિર્દોષ નાગરિકોનું લોહી વહાવનાર અજમલ કસાબ હોય, એ રીઢા ગુનેગારોને અન્યાય ન થઈ જાય એ બાબતનું ધ્યાન રાખવા, એને સાચવવા વર્ષોના વર્ષો સુધી કરોડોનો ખર્ચ એ દુ:ષ્ટો પાછળ કરવામાં આવે ત્યારે કાયદાકીય ગુંચવાળી ન્યાયની પ્રક્રિયા નિરર્થક અને વ્યર્થ કસરત જણાય છે. કોર્ટમાં સાબિત થયેલા ગુનેગારની વધુ એક પળ માટેની હસ્તી સમાજ માટે પ્રાણઘાતક જોખમ ધરાવતી હોય ત્યારે એ ગુનેગારને વધુ ને વધુ જીવીત રાખવો યોગ્ય ગણાય કે એને ત્વરિત ગતિએ ફાંસીએ ચઢાવી દેવો યોગ્ય ગણાય?

કાશ્મીરના વિદ્વાન પંડીત પરિવારો દસકાઓથી નિરાશ્રીત બનીને ન્યાયની આશાએ દિલ્હીના ફુટપાથ પર વિચરતી જાતિની જેમ જિંદગી ગુજારી રહ્યા હોય, આ દેશના કયા ભાગમાં કોણે રહેવું કે ના રહેવું એ આતંકવાદીઓ-ત્રાસવાદીઓની એ.કે.56 બંદુકની અણી નક્કી કરતી હોય ત્યાં આપણે સ્વતંત્ર કેવી રીતે કહેવાઈએ?

હિન્દુ દેવી-દેવતાઓના અશ્લિલ ચિત્રો ચીતરીને આપણી ધાર્મિક લાગણી દુ:ભવવામાં આવતી હોય, અભિવ્યક્તિ-સ્વાતંત્ર્ય તેમજ કલાના નામે દુષ્ટ ચિત્રકારોને આવા કામ માટે સરકાર તેમજ ન્યાયતંત્ર તરફથી છુટ આપવામાં આવતી હોય એટલું જ નહિ પરંતુ તેઓના ચિત્રો મોંઘા ભાવે ખરીદીને સમાજમાં આ નાલાયકોને સન્માનવામાં આવતા હોય ત્યારે તેઓને સજા અપાવવા આપણે કંઈ જ ન કરતા છાના-માના બેસી રહેવાનું હોય એવી આપણી આઝાદી શું કામની?

દાણચોરો તેમજ ડ્રગ્સના સોદાગરો પાસેથી ફાયનાંસ લઈને બનતી હિન્દી ફિલ્મોમાં મોટે ભાગે હિન્દુ ગોરમહારાજ, પુજારીની ઠઠ્ઠા-મશ્કરીઓ કરવામાં આવે, મુસ્લિમ ફકીર તો હંમેશા ઉચ્ચ કક્ષાનો અલ્લાહનો બંદો હોય, મા-બાપને દગો દઈને લુખ્ખા-મવાલી જોડે ભાગી જાય એ છોકરી જ સાચો પ્રેમ કરે છે એમ પ્રતિપાદીત કરીને મુગ્ધાવસ્થાની છોકરીઓને ગેરમાર્ગે દોરી, ભરમાવીને એનો ગેરલાભ એમના જ મવાલીઓ, ટપોરીઓ લેતા રહે, ઉચ્ચ પોલીસ અધિકારીના યુનિફોર્મમાં રહેલા પાત્રને ફટકારતા સડક છાપ રોમીયોનું દૃશ્ય બતાવીને મવાલીઓને કાયદાનો ડર ન રાખવાનો સંદેશ આપવામાં આવે, અને એવું દર્શાવીને આપણી આ દેશના સાચા નાગરિક તરીકેની કાયદાપાલનની ભાવનાને ચુંથી-મસળી નાંખવામાં આવતી હોય ત્યારે આ દેશમાં આપણે સ્વસ્થ કેવી રીતે રહી શકીએ?

મુસ્લિમો શરિયત(તેઓના ધર્મના કાયદા પાળવા)નું પાલન કરવા માંગે છે ત્યારે તેઓને એવી છૂટ શાસન તેમજ ન્યાયાલય તરફથી આપવામાં આવે છે(શાહબાનો કેસ). જેમ કે, મુસ્લિમ ચાર બીબી રાખી શકે, માત્ર ત્રણ વખત ‘તલાક’ બોલીને પોતાની બીબીને છુટાછેડા આપી શકે વગેરે. શું આપણે હિન્દુ આપણા ધર્મશાસ્ત્રનું પાલન કરી શકીએ છીએ ખરા? આપણું ધર્મશાસ્ત્ર(ગીતા) આતતાયી(આપણું ઘર બાળનાર, પત્ની સાથે બળજબરી કરનાર, આપણું ધન લુંટનાર, મૃત્યુ નીપજાવવા આપણા પર હુમલો કરનાર વગેરે)ને વિના વિચાર્યે તત્કાલ મારી નાખવાનો આદેશ કરે છે. શું આપણે એના પાલન માટે મુક્ત છીએ ખરા? શરિયતનો કાનુન અને ભારતીય કાનુનમાંથી કોઈ એકનું પાલન કરવાનું થાય તો મુસલમાનો કયો કાનુન પાળશે? એ અંગે તેઓ પોતાનો મત જાહેર કરશે? દેશનો કાનુન પાળતી વખતે હિન્દુ પોતાના ધર્મના કાનુનને યાદ પણ ન કરતો હોય તો આ દેશમાં વધુ સેક્યુલર કોણ ગણાય? હિન્દુ કે મુસલમાન?

હિન્દુ વિસ્તારમાં ઘુસીને ગુપ્ત રીતે કોઈ મુસલમાન મકાનમાલિક ન બની જાય એ માટે સરકાર તરફથી કાયદો કરવામાં આવતો હોય ત્યારે કોઈ કેવી રીતે કહી શકે કે આ દેશમાં આપણે ભય તેમજ આતંકથી મુક્ત આઝાદીની હવામાં શ્વાસ લઈ રહ્યા છીએ? મુસલમાનોની એવી ફરિયાદ છે, કે હિન્દુઓ એમના વિસ્તારમાં મુસલમાનને મકાન ખરીદવા નથી દેતા. એનો અર્થ એ થયો કે મુસલમાનને હિન્દુ તરફથી કોઈ તકલીફ નથી. હિન્દુઓની નિર્દોષતા અંગેનું આથી મોટું પ્રમાણપત્ર બીજું કયું હોઈ શકે? છતાં સ્થિતિ એવી છે, કે હિન્દુઓને ન ગમતી બાબત જેવી કે, ગાય-વાછરડાને કાપીને ખાવા, ધર્માંતરણને ઈસ્લામનો આદેશ ગણીને એ બહાને હિન્દુ છોકરીઓ પર જાતીય અત્યાચાર કરવા, બોમ્બવિસ્ફોટ તેમજ આતંકી હુમલાઓ કરીને મૂર્તિપૂજકોને મારવાનો અલ્લાહનો આદેશ ગણીને ત્રાસવાદીઓ-આતંકવાદીઓ દ્વારા હિન્દુઓને ખતમ કરવામાં આવતા હોય ત્યારે તેઓનો સક્રિય વિરોધ ન કરવો, અજાણ્યા જાતભાઈની પુરતી તપાસ કર્યા વિના એને રહેવા કે નાનકડો ઉદ્યોગ કરવા માટે આશ્રય આપી એની ખુફિયા પ્રવૃત્તિ અંગે અજાણ રહેવું, શરુઆતમાં પોલીસ આવા શકમંદોને પકડે એટલે ‘હમકુ ખાલીપીલી પરેશાન કરતે હે’ એવા બુમબરાડા પાડવા અને શકમંદો વિરુદ્ધ જાનના જોખમે પોલીસ નક્કર પુરાવાઓ શોધી કાઢે ત્યારે ‘હમકુ ક્યા માલુમ થા?’ કહીને પાણીમાં બેસી જવું વગેરે કાર્યો મુસલમાનો દ્વારા થયા જ કરે છે.

માતૃભુમિને સલામ કરવાનો ઈંકાર કરનારની આ દેશ પ્રત્યેની નિષ્ઠા કેવી અને કેટલી? રાષ્ટ્ર એટલે શું જમીનનો એક ટુકડો માત્ર? જમીનના ટુકડા પ્રત્યે કોઈ દિવસ નિષ્ઠા ઉભી કરી શકાય ખરી? રાષ્ટ્ર એટલે તો એ સ્થળની હજારો વર્ષ જુની દિવ્ય અને ભવ્ય સંસ્કૃતિ અને તેની તેજસ્વી આધ્યાત્મિકતા, ત્યાગ અને સંયમની ઋષિમુનિઓની ગૌરવપૂર્ણ પરંપરા. અવતારો જે ભૂમિમાં જન્મ લઈને નાચ્યા-કુદ્યા ને હસતા-રમતા માનવજાતને જીવન જીવવાનો સચોટ રાજમાર્ગ બતાવ્યો. આ તમામ બાબતોના પાયામાં રહેલા સંસ્કાર તેમજ મુલ્યો પ્રત્યેની નિષ્ઠા એટલે રાષ્ટ્રનિષ્ઠા. આમ રાષ્ટ્રભક્તિ, નિષ્ઠા વગેરે ખ્યાલો ધર્મના ક્ષેત્રમાં જ સમાવિષ્ટ થાય છે. રાષ્ટ્રનિષ્ઠા ક્યારેય ધર્મનિષ્ઠાથી સ્વતંત્ર હોઈ જ શકતી નથી.

મોટા ભાગના વિદેશી ભારતીયો તેમજ એક વાર વિદેશ જઈ આવેલા આપણા લોકોની હંમેશની ફરિયાદ રહી છે, કે ભારતના નાગરિકો દેશ પ્રત્યે તદ્દન બિનજવાબદારીપૂર્વક વર્તે છે. એમનામાં સિવિક સેંસ જેવું કંઈ નથી. એના મૂળમાં જોઈએ તો ત્યાં પણ દેશભક્તિની ભાવનાનો અભાવ જ જોવા મળશે. કોઈ એક ધર્મનિષ્ઠા વિનાના દેશ પ્રત્યે ત્યાંના નાગરિકોમાં દેશનિષ્ઠાનો અભાવ રહેવાનો જ. પશ્ચિમના દેશોમાં કાયદાના ડરથી જ બધા સીધા ચાલે છે, એવું નથી. એક ધર્મનિષ્ઠા ધરાવતા હોવાથી તેઓમાં પોતાના દેશ માટે ગૌરવની લાગણી વધુ કાર્ય કરતી હોય છે. ધર્મનિરપેક્ષતા લાદીને દસકાઓ સુધી ભારતના એક કાળના મુર્ખ નેતાઓએ કરોડો હિન્દુઓની ધર્મભાવના દેશ સાથે જોડીને દેશના વિકાસમાં એનો ઉપયોગ કરવાને બદલે એમ ને એમ પડી રહેવા દીધી છે.

વિશ્વમાં પાંચસોથી વધુ દેશો છે. દરેક દેશનો કોઈ ને કોઈ ધર્મ છે અને એ ધર્મનું માન્ય પુસ્તક રાષ્ટ્રીય પુસ્તક ગણાય છે. આપણે જાણીએ છીએ કે વિશ્વમાં ઈસ્લામિક રાષ્ટ્રો છે, ખ્રિસ્તી દેશો પણ છે. કોઈ પણ દેશનો ધર્મ એ દેશની પરંપરા, સાંસ્કૃતિક તેમજ આધ્યાત્મિક વારસાને ગૌરવવાન બનાવી રાખે છે. એ ધર્મના કારણે ઊભી થતી અસ્મિતા જે-તે દેશના નાગરિકમાં ખુમારી ભરી દે છે. એથી એ રાષ્ટ્ર કોઈ સામે ઝુકતુ નથી. પતિવ્રતા સ્ત્રીને જેમ પતિભક્તિની ખુમારી હોય છે એમ એ રાષ્ટ્રનો નાગરિક દેશ માટે મરવા તૈયાર થઈ જાય છે. કોઈ સ્ત્રી પોતાના પતિ અને પાડોશી પ્રત્યે સમભાવ રાખી શકે? જે સ્ત્રી પતિ અને પાડોશી પ્રત્યે સમાન વ્યવહાર કરતી હોય એને તમે શું કહેશો? આઝાદી મળ્યા બાદ ભારતના તમામ નાગરિકો પર સર્વધર્મસમભાવની નીતિ લાદવામાં આવી. પતિવ્રતાની જેમ પોતાના ધર્મ સાથે જોડાયેલા હિન્દુને ઈસ્લામ કે ખ્રિસ્તી ધર્મ પ્રત્યે સમભાવ કેવી રીતે હોઈ શકે? વેશ્યા જેમ તમામ પુરુષો પ્રત્યે સમભાવ રાખતી હોય છે એમ બધા ધર્મો પ્રત્યે સમભાવ રાખનારનું આવા દેશમાં પૂજન થતું હોય છે. પતિવ્રતા સ્ત્રી પ્રેમ મેળવવા તેમજ પ્રેમ આપવા પોતાના પતિ પ્રત્યે એકનિષ્ઠ હોવી જોઈએ કે તમામ પુરુષો પ્રત્યે આસક્ત હોવી જોઈએ? એ સ્ત્રીની પોતાના પતિ પ્રત્યેની એકનિષ્ઠાને શું કટ્ટરતામાં ખપાવશું?

જેમ ઈંગલેંડ-અમેરિકાનું નાગરિકત્વ મેળવેલો હિન્દુ ભારત પ્રત્યે નિષ્ઠાવાન રહેશે તેમ ભારતનો કે દુનિયાના કોઈ પણ દેશનો મુસલમાન નાગરિક ઈસ્લામિક રાષ્ટ્રો પ્રત્યે ઢળતો રહેવાનો જ! આથી રાષ્ટ્રનો કોઈ એક ધર્મ હોવો અનિવાર્ય છે. અને રાષ્ટ્રનો એ ધર્મ ન પાળનારા નાગરિકો એ રાષ્ટ્ર માટે દ્વિતીય કક્ષાના નાગરિકો તરીકેની જ સગવડો પામે, જેમ આપણા હિન્દુઓ વિદેશમાં એ બાબતથી ટેવાઈ ગયા છે તેમ.

શું આપણે બળજબરી કરીને કે લાલચ આપીને કોઈ મુસ્લિમ કે ખ્રિસ્તીનું ધર્માંતરણ કરીને તેઓને હિન્દુ બનાવ્યા? કેટલાક મુસ્લિમ છોકરાઓ હિન્દુ નામ રાખીને પહેલા હિન્દુ છોકરીઓને પટાવે છે. પછી બળજબરી કરીને લગ્નના બહાના હેઠળ એનું ધર્માંતરણ કરે છે. તેઓના આ કૃત્યને ધાર્મિક ગણાવીને મુસ્લિમ ધર્મના કેટલાક કહેવાતા ધર્મગુરુઓ કથિત રીતે મસ્જીદ જેવા પાક સ્થાનોમાં અનુયાયીઓને આવા કામ કરવા ઉશ્કેરે છે. આથી કહી શકાય કે બહાર ગયેલી પોતાની દીકરી ઘરે પરત ન આવે ત્યાં સુધી હિન્દુ મા-બાપો આજે પણ આ દેશમાં મોગલોનું શાસન હોય એ રીતે ગભરાયેલા રહે છે. આપણા હિન્દુ ધર્મગુરુઓ પણ આપણમાં રહેલું શૌર્ય-વીરત્વ જાગ્રત કરે છે, પરંતુ અન્યાયનો પ્રતિકાર કરવા માટે, મુસલમાનોને અન્યાય કરવા માટે નહિ.

આ દેશ કોનો છે? સાતસો પચાસ વર્ષ મુસ્લિમ ગુંડાઓએ અને બસો પચાસ વર્ષ અંગ્રેજ ગુંડાઓએ આ દેશ પર રાજ્ય કર્યું. એ લોકોનું એમ કહેવું હતું, કે તેઓ ભારતમાં આવ્યા એ પહેલા આર્યો પણ લુંટફાટના ઈરાદે ભારતમાં આવ્યા હતા અને અહિં રહી ગયા. વાસ્તવમાં આર્યો મુળ ભારતના છે.(ઐતિહાસિક પ્રમાણો છે.) તેથી આપણા ઘરમાં કોઈ ગુંડો ઘુસી જાય તો એને મારીને હાંકી કાઢવો એ આપણું કર્તવ્ય બને છે અને એ ગુંડો આપણા ઘરમાં જ આપણને મારે તો એ ત્રાસવાદ છે. આપણે એ ગુંડાઓને તો હાંકી કાઢ્યા. છતાં એમણે મોકલેલા ફિદાયીનો(ત્રાસવાદી-આતંકવાદીઓ) અને એમના કૃત્ય પ્રત્યે પૂર્ણ મઝહબી ભાવ ધરાવનારા આ દેશના ગદ્દારો આપણા દેશમાં છુપી રીતે રાષ્ટ્રદ્રોહની પ્રવૃત્તિ કરી રહ્યા છે. સામસામેના યુદ્ધમાં આપણા હાથના બે-ત્રણ વાર તમાચા ખાધા પછી તેઓ પ્રોક્સીવૉરની લડત આપી રહ્યા છે. અને તેઓ પ્રત્યે કેન્દ્રિય શાસન તેમજ ભ્રમિત બુદ્ધિવાળા હિન્દુઓ(માનવાધિકારવાદીઓ, સેક્યુલરો) સહાનુભૂતિ ધરાવતા હોય ત્યારે કેવી રીતે આપણે આઝાદીની ઉજવણીનો ઉમંગ માણી શકીએ?

મુસ્લિમ ધર્મના અનુયાયીઓ હિન્દુને ‘કાફર’ ગણે છે. અને ‘કાફિરો કો કાટ ડાલો’ એ જગતભરના મુસલમાનોનું પ્રિય સૂત્ર છે. કાફરને મારવાથી અલ્લાહ રાજી થાય છે અને મર્યા પછી જન્નતમાં ‘ગાઝી’ની પદવી(સ્વર્ગમાં ઈન્દ્ર જેવી શ્રેષ્ઠ પદવી) મળે છે, એવી મુસલમાનની દૃઢ શ્રદ્ધા છે. કોઈ એક મુસલમાન પાસે ‘આ વાત ખોટી છે.’ એવું તમે જાહેરમાં બોલાવી શકશો? છતાં આ દેશનો મુર્ખ વડાપ્રધાન હિન્દુઓની બહુમતિ ધરાવતા આ દેશમાં કહે છે, કે ‘આ દેશના સંસાધનો પર મુસલમાનોનો પ્રથમ હક્ક છે.’ ત્યારે હિન્દુઓએ શું આત્મહત્યા કરવાની?

ભારતના આજના મુસલમાનો કે ખ્રિસ્તીઓ તો એક કાળના વટલાયેલા હિન્દુઓ જ છે. એ સમયે તેઓને હિન્દુ ધર્મમાં પાછા ફરવું હતું પરંતુ હિન્દુ ધર્મની રુઢિચુસ્તતાને કારણે તેઓ એમ કરી શક્યા નહિ. આજે હિન્દુ ધર્મ તેઓને ગૌરવભેર અપનાવવા તૈયાર થયો છે ત્યારે નીચ અને હલકટ રાજકારણીઓની શૈતાની ચાલબાજીમાં આવીને તેઓ પોતાની મુસ્લિમ તેમજ ખ્રિસ્તી તરીકેની ઓળખને વળગી રહ્યા છે. પાંચ-સાત પેઢીઓથી વિદેશી મુસ્લિમ-ખ્રિસ્તી ઘેટાં-બકરાંના ટોળામાં રહ્યા હોવાથી આજે પણ તેઓ બેં-બેં કરતા મુસ્લિમ-ખ્રિસ્તી રાષ્ટ્રો તરફ મુખ કરીને બેઠા છે. તેઓ જાતે સમજીને પુન: સિંહ જેવા હિન્દુ ધર્મમાં પાછા ફરશે ત્યારે આ દેશ પોતાની ખરી આઝાદી ઉજવશે.

દરેક ચિંતકને ભવિષ્યવાણી કરવાની ઝંખના હોય છે. એમાં વેદવ્યાસથી લઈને કાર્લમાર્ક્સ સુધીના કોઈ બાકી નથી રહ્યા. આથી હું પણ એક ભવિષ્યવાણી કરવાની ઈચ્છા રાખુ છું. યુરોપ અને અમેરિકા જેવા ખ્રિસ્તી રાષ્ટ્રો અને મધ્યપૂર્વના ઈસ્લામિક રાષ્ટ્રો વચ્ચે નાનકડા યુદ્ધોની શરુઆત થઈ ચુકી છે. લિબિયા, કુવૈત, ઈરાક, અફઘાનિસ્તાન વગેરે રાષ્ટ્રોને સંપૂર્ણ રીતે કચડી નાંખવામાં આવ્યા છે. પાકીસ્તાન અમેરિકન પેટ ડોગ સિવાય કોઈ ખાસ વજુદ ધરાવતું નથી. આથી જ તો ઈસ્લામિક રાષ્ટ્રોમાં મુસલમાનોની દયનીય હાલત જોઈને ભારતીય મુસલમાનો ભારતમાં વધુ હુંફ અનુભવતા થયા છે! રશિયા તો ક્યારનું ખલાસ થઈ ગયું છે. જાપાન સ્વભાવથી જ ઈસ્લામ વિરોધી છે. ચીનને ઈસ્લામ અને ખ્રિસ્તી રાષ્ટ્રો લડે એથી કોઈ ફર્ક પડતો નથી. ભવિષ્યમાં ઈસ્લામિક તેમજ ખ્રિસ્તી રાષ્ટ્રો વચ્ચે મોટા યુદ્ધો થવાના જ. પરિણામે બન્ને ધર્મો પણ ઈતિહાસ બનીને રહી જશે. તે સમયે ભારતીય હિન્દુમાંથી વટલાઈને મુસલમાન કે ખ્રિસ્તી બનેલાઓને પોતાનો હિન્દુ ધર્મ યાદ આવશે. (26મી જાન્યુઆરીએ ફરી આ વિષય પર વિચાર કરીશું.)

Obama backs Mosque near ground zero

President Barack Obama on Friday forcefully endorsed building a mosque near ground zero, saying the country’s founding principles demanded no less.

“As a citizen, and as president, I believe that Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as anyone else in this country,” Obama said, weighing in for the first time on a controversy that has riven New York and the nation.

“That includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances,” he said. “This is America, and our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakable.”

Obama made the comments at an annual dinner in the White House State Dining Room celebrating the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.

Obama elevated it to a presidential issue Friday without equivocation.

While insisting that the place where the twin towers once stood was indeed “hallowed ground,” Obama said that the proper way to honor it was to apply American values.

“Our capacity to show not merely tolerance, but respect to those who are different from us — a way of life that stands in stark contrast to the nihilism of those who attacked us on that September morning, and who continue to plot against us today,” he said.

 

Ali Sina on Ground Zero Mosque, Cordova House

On 9/11 2001, Muslim jihadists butchered 3000 Americans.  Nine years later, a Muslim Imam wants to build a 13 story monument two blocks away from the site of that carnage.

Many Americans, particularly the New Yorkers and the families of the victims of that tragedy are outraged at the insensitivity, bordering arrogance of Faisal Abdul Rauf, the imam behind this project.  Rauf says it is not a mosque but an Islamic center. The name does not change anything. Whatever you call it, it is of extreme poor judgment.

In 2004, Rauf published a book calling it “What is Right with Islam is What is Right with America.”  In that book he argued “The American political structure is Sharia compliant. For America to score even higher on the ‘Islamic’ or ‘Sharia compliance’ scale America would need to do two things. Invite the voices of all religions in shaping the nations’ practical life, and allow religious communities more leeway to judge among themselves according to their own laws.”    

The truth is that the American constitution and the Sharia law are opposite of each other. It is interesting however, how Rauf composed his statement.  He did not say that the Sharia is in compliance with the US constitution, but the other way round. By doing so he wanted to establish the superiority of the Sharia over the US constitution.  

The fact is that the American Constitution and the Sharia differ fundamentally. For example, the Sharia does not recognize

• Freedom of speech,
• Freedom of conscience
• Equality of all people before the law
• Equality of the rights of women with men

 

Of course, as an Imam he can’t reject the Sharia. He will reject the constitution when not in compliance with the Sharia.   

There is nothing in the constitution of the USA that is in agreement with the Sharia law.  You cannot find two documents more diametrically opposed to each other. 

Think about stoning the adulterers, killing the apostates, hanging or beheading the homosexuals, chopping the hands of the thief, imposing a dress code on people and flogging them for consuming alcohol. These are all part of the Sharia law and against the Constitution. You can’t serve two masters. Muslims will have to either submit to the Sharia law or to the US constitution.  If they submit to one, they are in violation of the other.  

But the disturbing part in Rauf’s statement is the fact that he compares Islamic laws with the secular laws of America. This is proof that his goal is to supplant the latter with the former.  Statements such as this make it clear that the ambition of Muslims in America is political. 

Rauf ignores the fact the in the USA religion and state are kept apart.  When he says “America would need invite the voices of all religions in shaping the nations’ practical life, and allow religious communities more leeway to judge among themselves according to their own laws,” he is not talking about Jews, Christians or other religions. In fact adherents of these faiths want to keep state and religion separate. Rauf wants these rights solely for Muslims.  He aspires to convert America into an Islamic theocracy.   

The Sharia law does not just regulate the rights of the Muslims but also the non-Muslims must submit to it.  How is that going to work according to this imam? Well that part will have to wait until Muslims become the majority and convert America into a Sharia compliant state, like Saudi Arabia.  Then no one has any right anymore. 

As far as Muslims are concerned the Sharia law is from God and it supersedes all constitutions that are written by men.   

The implication is grave. It means that Muslims who uphold the Sharia law are a subversive group whose aim is to destroy our system of government.  Muslims present Islam as a religion whereas their agenda is political and subversive. 

When in 2007, Rauf published his book in the Muslims world, he did not call it What is Right with America is What is Right with Islam. He called it A Call to Prayer from the WTC rubbles: Islamic Da’wa from the Heart of America Post 9/11. 

This is the kind of talk that resonates in Muslim world. The message that Rauf wants to send to Americans is that the Sharia is very similar to their constitution and hence they should not fear Islam. But his message to his fellow coreligionists is different.  To them he is announcing that a da’wa is being issued to Americans from the rubbles of 9/11. 

What is Da’wa?  Da’wa means invitations to submit to Islam. Jihad has two phases.  The first phase is the invitation. Disbelievers are to be warned first and given a chance to submit. If they refuse the next stage is qital (fighting). Da’wa and qital are integral parts of jihad. 

The Cordova House will be the ultimatum, a line drawn in the sand for the Americans. After the da’wa is issued, Americans will have two choices: They must either submit to Islam or face more terrorism.

 

What is in the name? 

The choice of the name is also significant.  Cordova House may mean nothing to Americans, but for Muslims it is fraught with meaning. 

Cordova is a city in south Spain. Muslims armies invaded Spain in 711, massacring countless people. Then they converted the biggest church in Cordova into a mosque.

Building mosques over churches, synagogues and temples of the conquered people began during the life of Muhammad who converted the temple of the Arabs in Mecca into an Islamic mosque.   

Muslims have been doing the same ever since.  Numerous Hindu temples, churches, synagogues and Zoroastrian temples were converted into mosques. The objective is twofold” To humiliate the defeated people and to establish the supremacy of Islam.

The mosque over the temple of Solomon in Jerusalem is one example. When Muslims conquered the Byzantine Empire they converted the biggest church in the Christian empire into a mosque.   In India over 5000 mosques are built on Hindu temples. 

A mosque, a place from which da’wa is issued, built over the rubbles of the WTC is a hint to Muslims that jihad is on the march and that Islam is advancing and conquering new territories.  The conquest of Cordova ushered Muslims into an era of opulence, the so called Golden Age of Islam. It is therefore a symbol of Islamic conquest and supremacy, which Muslims recall nostalgically.

 

 

Who is Faisal Abdul Rauf? 

Imam Rauf tries to present himself as a moderate Muslim. Far from it! He has made statements that show he has very radical views. Right after 9/11 Rauf blamed the victims and said, “United States policies were an accessory to the crime that happened on 9/11.” 

He also said “We [Americans] have been an accessory to a lot of innocent lives dying in the world. In fact, in the most direct sense, Osama bin Laded was made in the USA.”  

Rauf supports Muslim Brotherhood, the same group that wants to destroy America from within, and has nerve condemned Hezbollah or Hamas terrorist organizations. 

In October 2009, the Former Muslims United sent Rauf and his wife the Pledge of Freedom that states Muslims should not be killed if they choose to leave Islam.  The couple refused to sign it. So much for their tolerance!  Also he has never made it public where the $100 million dollars financing comes from. 

There are 2300 mosques in the USA and over 200 in New York.  There is no need for another one, especially in the proximity of where Muslims massacred thousands of Americans.  Why this place?   The choice of the Ground Zero is no accident. Muslims have chosen this spot to a) thumb their nose at Americans and at the families of the victims and b) send a message to Muslim world announcing Islam’s victory over the “Great Satan.” 

The Cordova House will have a huge symbolic significance for Muslims and it encourages them to enlist in jihad and make the ultimate objective of Islam, which is world domination come true. 

Rauf is not a man of peace. He has made very inflammatory comments, such as “one man’s terrorist is another man’s hero.”   

In an article entitled, “Sharing the Essence of Our Beliefs,” published in the Al-Ghad Newspaper in Jordan, 5/9/2009, translated by Walid Shoebat, Rauf wrote:

If someone in the Middle East cries out, “where is the law”, he knows that the law exists. The only law that the Muslim needs exists already in the Koran and the Hadith. 

People asked me right after the 9/11 attack as to why do movements with political agendas carry [Islamic] religious names? Why call it ‘Muslim Brotherhood’ or ‘Hezbollah (Party of Allah)’ or ‘Hamas’ or ‘Islamic Resistance Movement’? I answer them this—that the trend towards Islamic law and justice begins in religious movements, because secularism has failed to deliver what the Muslim wants, which is life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” 

Rauf is not talking about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all the people. According to Islam these rights belong only to Muslims. The non-Muslims must suffer defeat, ignominy and dhimmitude.  

Follow the Money Trail 

Why would Mayor Bloomberg and the majority of the council members of the New York City support such an offensive project? The answer is, follow the money trail.   

I am not accusing anyone, but my hunch tells me to be suspicious of anyone who strongly defends Islamic interests over the interests of his own country.   

The Saudi and the Iranian regimes spend large sums of money buying the loyalty of politicians and the academicians in the west.  The western supporters of Islam are not often mere useful idiots. In many cases they are well paid traitors.  

An example that comes to mind is the US congressman Mark D. Siljander who began his career as a zealous evangelical Christian and then went on to write a book, A Deadly Misunderstanding, to “bridge the Muslim-Christian divide.”  He argued that Christian and Muslim religious texts are surprisingly compatible, when studied in their original languages. This is of course a blatant lie. The truth came out on July 7, 2010, when Siljander pleaded guilty to two counts of receiving money from Muslims and supporting Muslim terrorists.  He was indicted in January 2008 on charges of money laundering, conspiracy and obstruction of justice. 

Throughout the history, Islamic forces have deceived their victims, making them think Islam and Muslims are peace-loving, only later to find the opposite. Another example of this deception/treason happened in A.D. 635 when Damascus fell to Muslims because they deceived and bribed its Bishop who opened the city gates at night.  

Anytime a politician defends Islam under the guise of “tolerance” and “community cohesion,” I think about money.  Chances are you’ll find a skeleton in their closet. I am not accusing anyone in particular. I don’t know the facts. But I won’t be surprised if one day we find out that the politicians who defend the construction of this Islam Trojan horse on Ground Zero were paid for their support. 

Mayor Bloomberg calls patriotic Americans who don’t want this mosque, “un-American.” He should know that it is very American to defend the American constitution against any creeping alien ideology whose adherents do not hide their intention to bring down America and “sabotage its miserable house from within.”   What is un-American is to open the gates of the country to its sworn enemies.  Whether the Mayor is bribed, or he is merely a useful idiot is not for me to decide. It is one or the other and in either case he is not qualfied to be the mayor of New York. But one thing is certain and that is his support for Islamists against the interests of America is very un-American.

The Islamic Utopia presents a beguiling theory of carnal gratification catering to the secret desires of men to have sex with willing young girls. How Muhammad devised the diabolical idea of Virgins in Paradise to deceive the rash and daring youths, full of emotions, romanticism and craze for opposite sex, for achieving his ends at the risk of their lives…. 

Muhammad’s evil mission started in 610 CE, when he was approximately 40. He propagated his new version of religion in Mecca for about 12 years before migrating to Medina (Hijra) in 622 CE. It is a well-known fact that before the Hijra, Muhammad was not able to convert many; he had 100-150 converts by then. 

After migration to Medina, the situation suddenly changed in his propagation of Islam. In about 7 or 8 years after the Hijra, his mission of converting infidels turned hugely successful. The number of converts were so high that, as history tells us, some 10,000 to 12,000 Muslim fighters joined him, when he went to capture Mecca in 630 CE. 

This is a big riddle for many historians as to why the same Mohammad  couldn’t convert the pagans to his religion with the same pace as he was able to do so after emigration to Medina. But soon, we will learn how Muhammad became successful by diabolical tactics. 

Psychology of youths 

The psychology of human nature tells us that the element of enthusiasm and fervent in youths is very high especially in teenage days. In early teen years, a youth is very emotionally, but lacks wit and maturity. They gamely go through a danger-situation that a person of 25 or above will think twice before going through. Male teenagers are emotionally very romantic for opposite sex. Hence, many teenagers dream of romanticism and are willing to do any heroic action to impress their opposite number. As a result, some of them lose their lives; some get seriously injured. This psychology is not new to us; everyone goes through these experiences, and that is why a youth is usually easier to manipulate than a mature and older person. 

72 virgins in heavens 

Muhammad knew who can be the easy victims of his snare. With this mentality, he focused on teenagers to enlarge his aggressive force against everything that he feared to come in his way. The concept of 72 or more virgins in Paradise was his major tool to gain his valid and invalid ends. This concept was specially created for the young and teenage males, so that they could fight more gallantly in battles. The bounds on humanity were lifted up; no one had to be blamed to kill anyone, who goes against their master Muhammad. They were allowed to rob the traders and caravans in the name of Allah. 

As teenagers are emotionally very romantic, they believed in any story that related to opposite sex. The repetition of the verses of Virgins in Paradise in the Quran made them believe in another ever lasting world with many heavenly Virgins and luxuries. The poor young victims of Muhammad, without probing the veracity of Muhammad’s claim of Virgins in Paradise, embraced death just for the greed of boundless sexual orgies with many Virgins and other luxuries in heaven. 

The point to be noted here: During early years in Medina, Muhammad had no well-organized army, but a small band of plunderers and depredations,  composed mostly of youngsters. The story of Islam, no doubt, has been twisted down to us over a long period of time. The cowards have been made heroes, while the names of real heroes have been vanished or discredited. This is the main reason, none of Muhammad’s companions, who later became caliphs, fell into his dangerous trap; that is, they did not take on Muhammad’s most dangerous missions to risk their life, as they were mature.

We can assume now, how Muhammad put his belief in youths and trusted them, because they were rash, adventurous and not selfish for any means. At the same time, those youngsters were dreaming for the Virgins in heaven. Their romantic craze for gaining access into Paradise to be in the company of those Virgins could be raised higher and higher quite easily. And Muhammad was spot on in devising his tactic: Die quickly on the trail of Jihad for Allah, and without delay, get your hand on your lot of Virgins. 

Usama bin Harith is an example; Muhammad made him the general of his army for the last mission he was planning. He was only 17. Earlier to mission to Palestinian border territory had failed. And youthful Osama, undoubtedly pumped up by his desire for the Virgins, fought valiantly, and won the battle. 

Conclusion 

Today, I was reading a Pakistani news-story about a 14 or 15 year-old boy, who blew himself up as he entered a hotel. 

I know such news is nothing new; but as I went through it, I started to understand Muhammad’s psychology and his evil tactics of prying on emotions of innocent youths. Modern-day Jihadi masterminds continue the tactic (a sunnah): Like Muhammad, they never put themselves in harm’s way, but send in young boys instead. 

I wonder how many more innocent youths will be the victim of satanic-minded Muhammad.

Women in Islam are seen as sexual beings. Every part of their body is thought to be erotic. Every square inch of her, is sexual. She must cover from head to toe, because her entire body is perceived to be private parts.

In Pakistan, women are called awra. Awra or aurat means the part of the body that has to be covered. Exposing the Awra is unlawful in Islam and is regarded as sin. Etymologically, the term Awra derives from the root ‘a-w-r which means “defectiveness”, “imperfection”, “blemish” or “weakness” – however the most common English translation is “nakedness”.

The Islamic regime of Iran calls women zaifeh. It’s the feminine for “weak.” This implies also mental weakness since according to Muhammad women are deficient in intelligence. This sums up the status of woman in Islam. You can’t be more explicit than this.

In a society that women are seen as weak, defective and private part, any contact that they may have with men is deemed to be sexual and unlawful.

Women in Muslim countries are segregated.  From the very childhood boys and girls are kept apart. They don’t play with each other, don’t go to school with each other, .

A Muslim woman’s entire body is private part. So if you shake hand with her it is the same as touching her crotch. If she displays her hair, it is as exposing her pubic hair.  Everything in her is sexual and private part.

In Islam women are the namoos (ناموس) of their male relatives. Namoos can be roughly translated as honor, but with a sexual connotation. The namoos of a Muslim hinges on protecting his female kin from prying eyes.

 If a woman displays her beauty or talks to a stranger man, the namoos of all her male relatives is injured. The only way to redeem an injured namoos is to wash the stain with blood.

Patriarchal societies produce men with devalued sense of self. Therefore, a Muslim man’s “honor,” depends almost entirely on how he can keep his female dependants under leash.

 Should he fail to do that he is shamed. He knows that everyone will be talking about him and laughing at him behind his back.

He can restore his namoos by killing the woman who has been “defiled.” The Islamic society does not look down at such a man, but rather he is lionized as having ghairat (pride, sense of honor).

The question is how to stop this insanity. Now that we know the root cause of this problem the answer is obvious. The problem is Islamic misogyny.

We can’t expect more from a society that treats its women as deficient in intelligence, weak and a defective thing that has to covered. Where women are dehumanized and sexualized honor killing is the outcome.

In Islam, the age of Maturity for a girl is 9 years and for a Boy is 15 years. This means that a 9-year-old girl and a 15-year-old  boy are considered to have the same level of maturity.

Now, if girl reaches Maturity Six years earlier than Boy, Then why did God place men in charge of women? Was there something wrong with God’s Judgment?

Honor killing is not the only problem affecting Islamic countries. Dictatorship, violence, terrorism, poverty, human rights abuses, and a host of other problems that are endemic in Muslim countries are all due to teachings of Islam.

The Qur’an likens a woman to a field (tilth), to be used by a man as he wills: “Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate) so go to your tilth as ye will” (2:223).

The Qur’an also declares that a woman’s testimony is worth half that of a man: “Get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as ye choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her” (2:282).

It allows men to marry up to four wives, and have sex with slave girls also: “If ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, marry women of your choice, two or three or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a captive) that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice” (4:3).

It rules that a son’s inheritance should be twice the size of that of a daughter: “Allah (thus) directs you as regards your children’s (inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females” (4:11).

Worst of all, the Koran tells husbands to beat their disobedient wives: “Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them” (4:34).

It allows for marriage to pre-pubescent girls, stipulating that Islamic divorce procedures “shall apply to those who have not yet menstruate” (65:4). 

Muslim don’t take pride in education or achievements and to strive for excellence in science but their pride is between two legs of their own female members instead between two ears..pathetic..

There is one obvious solution for all these problems, but it is politically incorrect to say it. The problem is Islam, and the solution is to get rid of it. This required telling the truth about this faith and criticizing it in the same way that Christianity and all other faiths have been criticized.

 However, while it is okay for Moslims  to criticize every other faith on earth ,but  criticizing Islam AND MOHAMMAD’S ACT  is big no no.  Ride on the same bus WITH fellow citizen who happens to be female is taboo.,

 And don’t shake hand or have eye contact. Any contact with women can arouse the filthy  Moslim men sexually, which would not only cause him to sin and he can rape , but also would dishonor her male relatives.

The Quran (4:34) says men are in charge of women. The same verse says “good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded.”

The secret is their awra. Since in Islam the woman’s whole body is considered to be sexual, they must cover every part of their body and avoid contact with stranger men. Verse 24:31 says believing women must lower their gaze, be modest and they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty to strangers.

In the west, one can shake hand with a woman, dance with her and even kiss her on the cheek, and none of that is considered to be sexual.

Taj Mahal – A Hindu Shiva Temple-Palace TEJO MAHAL

By now you all know through my previous articles, the irrefutable facts and deductive logic which prove that Islam is evil right at its very foundation. It is not a religion, but a means to legalize rape, murder, loot and destruction! Given what I have shown in these previous weeks, no one should have the slightest doubt that the true followers of such a “religion” can only be called dacoits!

These dacoits have looted and raped many countries, but no country can tell a bloodier tale of muslim oppression than India! The muslim dacoits started their rule over India in 712 A.D. with the invasion of Mohammed Qasem and looking at the present situation of our country it still continues on today!

During their rule they looted and destroyed hundereds of thousands of Hindu temples. Aurangzeb himself destroyed 10,000 Hindu temples during his reign! Some of the larger temples were converted into mosques or other Islamic structures. Ram Janmbhoomi(at Ayodhya) and Krishna Temple(at Mathura) are just two examples. Many others exist!

The most evident of such structures is Taj Mahal–a structure supposedly devoted to carnal love by the “great” moghul king Shah Jahan to his favorite wife Mumtaz Mahal. Please keep in my mind that this is the same Shah Jahan who had a harem of 5,000 women and the same Shah Jahan who had a incestuous relationship with his daughter justifing it by saying, ‘a gardner has every right to taste the fruit he has planted’! Is such a person even capable of imagning such a wondrous structure as the Taj Mahal let alone be the architect of it?

The answer is no. It cannot be. And it isn’t as has been proven. The Taj Mahal is as much a Islamic structure as is mathematics a muslim discovery! The famous historian Shri P.N. Oak has proven that Taj Mahal is actually Tejo Mahalaya– a shiv temple-palace. His work was published in 1965 in the book, Taj Mahal – The True Story. However, we have not heard much about it because it was banned by the corrupt and power crazed Congress government of Bharat who did not want to alienate their precious vote bank–the muslims.

After reading Shri Oak’s work which provides more than adequate evidence to prove that Taj Mahal is indeed Tejo Mahalaya, one has to wonder if the government of Bharat has been full of traitors for the past 50 years! Because to ban such a book which states only the truth is surely a crime against our great nation of Bharat.

The most valuable evidence of all that Tejo Mahalaya is not an Islamic building is in the Badshahnama which contains the history of the first twenty years of Shah Jahan’s reign. The writer Abdul Hamid has stated that Taj Mahal is a temple-palace taken from Jaipur’s Maharaja Jaisigh and the building was known as Raja Mansingh’s palace. This by itself is enough proof to state that Tejo Mahalaya is a Hindu structure captured, plundered and converted to a mausoleum by Shah Jahan and his henchmen. But I have taken the liberty to provide you with 109 other proofs and logical points which tell us that the structure known as the Taj Mahal is actually Tejo Mahalaya.

There is a similar story behind Every Islamic structure in Bharat. They are all converted Hindu structures. As I mentioned above, hundereds of thousands of temples in Bharat have been destroyed by the barbaric muslim invaders and I shall dedicate several articles to these destroyed temples. However, the scope of this article is to prove to you beyond the shadow of any doubt that Taj Mahal is Tejo Mahalaya and should be recognized as such! Not as a monument to the dead Mumtaz Mahal–an insignificant sex object in the incestous Shah Jahan’s harem of 5,000.

Another very important proof that Taj Mahal is a Hindu structure is shown by figure 1 below. It depicts Aurangzeb’s letter to Shah Jahan in Persian in which he has unintentionally revealed the true identity of the Taj Mahal as a Hindu Temple-Palace. Refer to proofs 20 and 66 stated below.

Name

1.The term Tajmahal itself never occurs in any mogul court paper or chronicle even in Aurangzeb’s time. The attempt to explain it away as Taj-i-mahal is therefore, ridiculous.

2.The ending “Mahal” is never muslim because in none of the muslim countries around the world from Afghanistan to Algeria is there a building known as “Mahal”.

3.The unusual explanation of the term Tajmahal derives from Mumtaz Mahal, who is buried in it, is illogical in at least two respects viz., firstly her name was never Mumtaj Mahal but Mumtaz-ul-Zamani and secondly one cannot omit the first three letters “Mum” from a woman’s name to derive the remainder as the name of the building.

4.Since the lady’s name was Mumtaz (ending with ‘Z’) the name of the building derived from her should have been Taz Mahal, if at all, and not Taj (spelled with a ‘J’).

5.Several European visitors of Shahjahan’s time allude to the building as Taj-e-Mahal is almost the correct tradition, age old Sanskrit name Tej-o-Mahalaya, signifying a Shiva temple. Contrarily Shahjahan and Aurangzeb scrupulously avoid using the Sanskrit term and call it just a holy grave.

6.The tomb should be understood to signify Not A Building but only the grave or centotaph inside it. This would help people to realize that all dead muslim courtiers and royalty including Humayun, Akbar, Mumtaz, Etmad-ud-Daula and Safdarjang have been buried in capture Hindu mansions and temples.

7.Moreover, if the Taj is believed to be a burial place, how can the term Mahal, i.e., mansion apply to it?

8.Since the term Taj Mahal does not occur in mogul courts it is absurd to search for any mogul explanation for it. Both its components namely, ‘Taj’ and’ Mahal’ are of Sanskrit origin.

Temple Tradition

9.The term Taj Mahal is a corrupt form of the sanskrit term TejoMahalay signifying a Shiva Temple. Agreshwar Mahadev i.e., The Lord of Agra was consecrated in it.

10.The tradition of removing the shoes before climbing the marble platform originates from pre Shahjahan times when the Taj was a Shiva Temple. Had the Taj originated as a tomb, shoes need not have to be removed because shoes are a necessity in a cemetery.

11.Visitors may notice that the base slab of the centotaph is the marble basement in plain white while its superstructure and the other three centotaphs on the two floors are covered with inlaid creeper designs. This indicates that the marble pedestal of the Shiva idol is still in place and Mumtaz’s centotaphs are fake.

12.The pitchers carved inside the upper border of the marble lattice plus those mounted on it number 108-a number sacred in Hindu Temple tradition.

13.There are persons who are connected with the repair and the maintainance of the Taj who have seen the ancient sacred Shiva Linga and other idols sealed in the thick walls and in chambers in the secret, sealed red stone stories below the marble basement. The Archaeological Survey of India is keeping discretely, politely and diplomatically silent about it to the point of dereliction of its own duty to probe into hidden historical evidence.

14.In India there are 12 Jyotirlingas i.e., the outstanding Shiva Temples. The Tejomahalaya alias The Tajmahal appears to be one of them known as Nagnatheshwar since its parapet is girdled with Naga, i.e., Cobra figures. Ever since Shahjahan’s capture of it the sacred temple has lost its Hindudom.

15.The famous Hindu treatise on architecture titled Vishwakarma Vastushastra mentions the Tej-Linga amongst the Shivalingas i.e., the stone emblems of Lord Shiva, the Hindu deity. Such a Tej Linga was consecrated in the Taj Mahal, hence the term Taj Mahal alias Tejo Mahalaya.

16.Agra city, in which the Taj Mahal is located, is an ancient centre of Shiva worship. Its orthodox residents have through ages continued the tradition of worshipping at five Shiva shrines before taking the last meal every night especially during the month of Shravan. During the last few centuries the residents of Agra had to be content with worshipping at only four prominent Shiva temples viz., Balkeshwar, Prithvinath, Manakameshwar and Rajarajeshwar. They had lost track of the fifth Shiva deity which their forefathers worshipped. Apparently the fifth was Agreshwar Mahadev Nagnatheshwar i.e., The Lord Great God of Agra, The Deity of the King of Cobras, consecrated in the Tejomahalay alias Tajmahal.

17.The people who dominate the Agra region are Jats. Their name of Shiva is Tejaji. The Jat special issue of The Illustrated Weekly of India (June 28,1971) mentions that the Jats have the Teja Mandirs i.e., Teja Temples. This is because Teja-Linga is among the several names of the Shiva Lingas. From this it is apparent that the Taj-Mahal is Tejo-Mahalaya, The Great Abode of Tej.

Documentary Evidence

18.Shahjahan’s own court chronicle, the Badshahnama, admits (page 403, vol 1) that a grand mansion of unique splendor, capped with a dome (Imaarat-a-Alishan wa Gumbaze) was taken from the Jaipur Maharaja Jaisigh for Mumtaz’s burial, and the building was known as Raja Mansingh’s palace.

19. The plaque put the archealogy department outside the Tajmahal describes the edifice as a mausoleum built by Shahjahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal, over 22 years from 1631 to 1653 That plaque is a specimen of historical bungling. Firstly, the plaque sites no authority for its claim. Secondly the lady’s name was Mumtaz-ulZamani and not Mumtazmahal. Thirdly, the period of 22 years is taken from some mumbo jumbo noting by an unreliable French visitor Tavernier, to the exclusion of all muslim versions, which is an absurdity.

20. Prince Aurangzeb’s letter (Refer to Figure 1 above) to his father, emperor Shahjahan, is recorded in atleast three chronicles titled Aadaab-e-Alamgiri, Yadgarnama, and the Muruqqa-i-Akbarabadi (edited by Said Ahmed, Agra, 1931, page 43, footnote 2). In that letter Aurangzeb records in 1652 A.D itself that the several buildings in the fancied burial place of Mumtaz were seven storeyed and were so old that they were all leaking, while the dome had developed a crack on the northern side. Aurangzeb, therefore, ordered immediate repairs to the buildings at his own expense while recommending to the emperor that more elaborate repairs be carried out later. This is the proof that during Shahjahan’s reign itself that the Taj complex was so old as to need immediate repairs.

21. The ex-Maharaja of Jaipur retains in his secret personal KapadDwara collection two orders from Shahjahan dated Dec 18, 1633 (bearing modern nos. R.176 and 177) requestioning the Taj building complex. That was so blatant a usurpation that the then ruler of Jaipur was ashamed to make the document public.

22. The Rajasthan State archives at Bikaner preserve three other firmans addressed by Shahjahan to the Jaipur’s ruler Jaisingh ordering the latter to supply marble (for Mumtaz’s grave and koranic grafts) from his Makranna quarris, and stone cutters. Jaisingh was apparently so enraged at the blatant seizure of the Tajmahal that he refused to oblige Shahjahan by providing marble for grafting koranic engravings and fake centotaphs for further desecration of the Tajmahal. Jaisingh looked at Shahjahan’s demand for marble and stone cutters, as an insult added to injury. Therefore, he refused to send any marble and instead detained the stone cutters in his protective custody.

23. The three firmans demanding marble were sent to Jaisingh within about two years of Mumtaz’s death. Had Shahjahan really built the Tajmahal over a period of 22 years, the marble would have needed only after 15 or 20 years not immediately after Mumtaz’s death.

24. Moreover, the three mention neither the Tajmahal, nor Mumtaz, nor the burial. The cost and the quantity of the stone also are not mentioned. This proves that an insignificant quantity of marble was needed just for some supercial tinkering and tampering with the Tajmahal. Even otherwise Shahjahan could never hope to build a fabulous Tajmahal by abject dependence for marble on a non cooperative Jaisingh.

European Visitor’s Accounts

25. Tavernier, a French jeweller has recorded in his travel memoirs that Shahjahan purposely buried Mumtaz near the Taz-i-Makan (i.e.,`The Taj building’) where foriegners used to come as they do even today so that the world may admire. He also adds that the cost of the scaffolding was more than that of the entire work. The work that Shahjahan commissioned in the Tejomahalaya Shiva temple was plundering at the costly fixtures inside it, uprooting the Shiva idols, planting the centotaphs in their place on two stories, inscribing the koran along the arches and walling up six of the seven stories of the Taj. It was this plunder, desecrating and plunderring of the rooms which took 22 years.

26. Peter Mundy, an English visitor to Agra recorded in 1632 (within only a year of Mumtaz’s death) that `the places of note in and around Agra, included Taj-e-Mahal’s tomb, gardens and bazaars’. He, therefore, confirms that that the Tajmahal had been a noteworthy building even before Shahjahan.

27. De Laet, a Dutch official has listed Mansingh’s palace about a mile from Agra fort, as an outstanding building of pre shahjahan’s time. Shahjahan’s court chronicle, the Badshahnama records, Mumtaz’s burial in the same Mansingh’s palace.

28. Bernier, a contemporary French visitor has noted that non muslim’s were barred entry into the basement (at the time when Shahjahan requisitioned Mansingh’s palace) which contained a dazzling light. Obviously, he reffered to the silver doors, gold railing, the gem studded lattice and strings of pearl hanging over Shiva’s idol. Shahjahan comandeered the building to grab all the wealth, making Mumtaz’s death a convineant pretext.

29. Johan Albert Mandelslo, who describes life in agra in 1638 (only 7 years after mumtaz’s death) in detail (in his Voyages and Travels to West-Indies, published by John Starkey and John Basset, London), makes no mention of the Tajmahal being under constuction though it is commonly erringly asserted or assumed that the Taj was being built from 1631 to 1653.

Sanskrit Inscription

30. A Sanskrit inscription too supports the conclusion that the Taj originated as a Shiva temple. Wrongly termed as the Bateshwar inscription (currently preserved on the top floor of the Lucknow museum), it refers to the raising of a “crystal white Shiva temple so alluring that Lord Shiva once enshrined in it decided never to return to Mount Kailash his usual abode”. That inscription dated 1155 A.D. was removed from the Tajmahal garden at Shahjahan’s orders. Historicians and Archeaologists have blundered in terming the insription the Bateshwar inscription when the record doesn’t say that it was found by Bateshwar. It ought, in fact, to be called The Tejomahalaya inscription because it was originally installed in the Taj garden before it was uprooted and cast away at Shahjahan’s command.

A clue to the tampering by Shahjahan is found on pages 216-217, vol. 4, of Archealogiical Survey of India Reports (published 1874) stating that a “great square black balistic pillar which, with the base and capital of another pillar….now in the grounds of Agra, …it is well known, once stood in the garden of Tajmahal”.

Missing Elephants

31. Far from the building of the Taj, Shahjahan disfigured it with black koranic lettering and heavily robbed it of its Sanskrit inscription, several idols and two huge stone elephants extending their trunks in a welcome arch over the gateway where visitors these days buy entry tickets. An Englishman, Thomas Twinning, records (pg.191 of his book “Travels in India A Hundred Years ago”) that in November 1794 “I arrived at the high walls which enclose the Taj-e-Mahal and its circumjacent buildings. I here got out of the palanquine and…..mounted a short flight of steps leading to a beautiful portal which formed the centre of this side of the Court Of Elephants as the great area was called.”

Koranic Patches

32. The Taj Mahal is scrawled over with 14 chapters of the Koran but nowhere is there even the slightest or the remotest allusion in that Islamic overwriting to Shahjahan’s authorship of the Taj. Had Shahjahan been the builder he would have said so in so many words before beginning to quote Koran.

33. That Shahjahan, far from building the marble Taj, only disfigured it with black lettering is mentioned by the inscriber Amanat Khan Shirazi himself in an inscription on the building. A close scrutiny of the Koranic lettering reveals that they are grafts patched up with bits of variegated stone on an ancient Shiva temple.

Carbon 14 Test

34. A wooden piece from the riverside doorway of the Taj subjected to the carbon 14 test by an American Laboratory and initiated by Professors at Pratt School of Architecture, New York, has revealed that the door to be 300 years older than Shahjahan,since the doors of the Taj, broken open by Muslim invaders repeatedly from the 11th century onwards, had to b replaced from time to time. The Taj edifice is much more older. It belongs to 1155 A.D, i.e., almost 500 years anterior to Shahjahan.

Architectural Evidence

35. Well known Western authorities on architechture like E.B.Havell, Mrs.Kenoyer and Sir W.W.Hunterhave gone on record to say that the TajMahal is built in the Hindu temple style. Havell points out the ground plan of the ancient Hindu Chandi Seva Temple in Java is identical with that of the Taj.

36. A central dome with cupolas at its four corners is a universal feature of Hindu temples.

37. The four marble pillars at the plinth corners are of the Hindu style. They are used as lamp towers during night and watch towers during the day. Such towers serve to demarcate the holy precincts. Hindu wedding altars and the altar set up for God Satyanarayan worship have pillars raised at the four corners.

38. The octagonal shape of the Tajmahal has a special Hindu significance because Hindus alone have special names for the eight directions, and celestial guards assigned to them. The pinnacle points to the heaven while the foundation signifies to the nether world. Hindu forts, cities, palaces and temples genrally have an octagonal layout or some octagonal features so that together with the pinnacle and the foundation they cover all the ten directions in which the king or God holds sway, according to Hindu belief.

39. The Tajmahal has a trident pinncle over the dome. A full scale of the trident pinnacle is inlaid in the red stone courtyard to the east of the Taj. The central shaft of the trident depicts a Kalash (sacred pot) holding two bent mango leaves and a coconut. This is a sacred Hindu motif. Identical pinnacles have been seen over Hindu and Buddhist temples in the Himalayan region. Tridents are also depicted against a red lotus background at the apex of the stately marble arched entrances on all four sides of the Taj. People fondly but mistakenly believed all these centuries that the Taj pinnacle depicts a Islamic cresent and star was a lighting conductor installed by the British rulers in India. Contrarily, the pinnacle is a marvel of Hindu metallurgy since the pinnacle made of non rusting alloy, is also perhaps a lightning deflector. That the pinnacle of the replica is drawn in the eastern courtyard is significant because the east is of special importance to the Hindus, as the direction in which the sun rises. The pinnacle on the dome has the word `Allah’ on it after capture. The pinnacle figure on the ground does not have the word Allah.

Inconsistencies

40. The two buildings which face the marble Taj from the east and west are identical in design, size and shape and yet the eastern building is explained away by Islamic tradition, as a community hall while the western building is claimed to be a mosque. How could buildings meant for radically different purposes be identical? This proves that the western building was put to use as a mosque after seizure of the Taj property by Shahjahan. Curiously enough the building being explained away as a mosque has no minaret. They form a pair af reception pavilions of the Tejomahalaya temple palace.

41. A few yards away from the same flank is the Nakkar Khana alias DrumHouse which is a intolerable incongruity for Islam. The proximity of the Drum House indicates that the western annex was not originally a mosque. Contrarily a drum house is a neccesity in a Hindu temple or palace because Hindu chores,in the morning and evening, begin to the sweet strains of music.

42. The embossed patterns on the marble exterior of the centotaph chamber wall are foilage of the conch shell design and the Hindu letter OM. The octagonally laid marble lattices inside the centotaph chamber depict pink lotuses on their top railing. The Lotus, the conch and the OM are the sacred motifs associated with the Hindu deities and temples.

43. The spot occupied by Mumtaz’s centotaph was formerly occupied by the Hindu Teja Linga a lithic representation of Lord Shiva. Around it are five perambulatory passages. Perambulation could be done around the marble lattice or through the spacious marble chambers surrounding the centotaph chamber, and in the open over the marble platform. It is also customary for the Hindus to have apertures along the perambulatory passage, overlooking the deity. Such apertures exist in the perambulatories in the Tajmahal.

44. The sanctom sanctorum in the Taj has silver doors and gold railings as Hindu temples have. It also had nets of pearl and gems stuffed in the marble lattices. It was the lure of this wealth which made Shahjahan commandeer the Taj from a helpless vassal Jaisingh, the then ruler of Jaipur.

45. Peter Mundy, a Englishman records (in 1632, within a year of Mumtaz’s death) having seen a gem studded gold railing around her tomb. Had the Taj been under construction for 22 years, a costly gold railing would not have been noticed by Peter mundy within a year of Mumtaz’s death. Such costl fixtures are installed in a building only after it is ready for use. This indicates that Mumtaz’s centotaph was grafted in place of the Shivalinga in the centre of the gold railings. Subsequently the gold railings, silver doors, nets of pearls, gem fillings etc. were all carried away to Shahjahan’s treasury. The seizure of the Taj thus constituted an act of highhanded Moghul robery causing a big row between Shahjahan and Jaisingh.

46. In the marble flooring around Mumtaz’s centotaph may be seen tiny mosaic patches. Those patches indicate the spots where the support for the gold railings were embedded in the floor. They indicate a rectangular fencing.

47. Above Mumtaz’s centotaph hangs a chain by which now hangs a lamp. Before capture by Shahjahan the chain used to hold a water pitcher from which water used to drip on the Shivalinga.

48. It is this earlier Hindu tradition in the Tajmahal which gave the Islamic myth of Shahjahan’s love tear dropping on Mumtaz’s tomb on the full moon day of the winter eve.

Treasury Well

49. Between the so-called mosque and the drum house is a multistoried octagonal well with a flight of stairs reaching down to the water level. This is a traditional treasury well in Hindu temple palaces. Treasure chests used to be kept in the lower apartments while treasury personnel had their offices in the upper chambers. The circular stairs made it difficult for intruders to reach down to the treasury or to escape with it undetected or unpursued. In case the premises had to be surrendered to a besieging enemy the treasure could be pushed into the well to remain hidden from the conquerer and remain safe for salvaging if the place was reconquered. Such an elaborate multistoried well is superflous for a mere mausoleum. Such a grand, gigantic well is unneccesary for a tomb.

Burial Date Unknown

50. Had Shahjahan really built the Taj Mahal as a wonder mausoleum, history would have recorded a specific date on which she was ceremoniously buried in the Taj Mahal. No such date is ever mentioned. This important missing detail decisively exposes the falsity of the Tajmahal legend.

51. Even the year of Mumtaz’s death is unknown. It is variously speculated to be 1629, 1630, 1631 or 1632. Had she deserved a fabulous burial, as is claimed, the date of her death had not been a matter of much speculation. In an harem teeming with 5000 women it was difficult to keep track of dates of death. Apparently the date of Mumtaz’s death was so insignificant an event, as not to merit any special notice. Who would then build a Taj for her burial?

Baseless Love Stories

52. Stories of Shahjahan’s exclusive infatuation for Mumtaz’s are concoctions. They have no basis in history nor has any book ever written on their fancied love affairs. Those stories have been invented as an afterthought to make Shahjahan’s authorship of the Taj look plausible.

Cost

53. The cost of the Taj is nowhere recorded in Shahjahan’s court papers because Shahjahan never built the Tajmahal. That is why wild estimates of the cost by gullible writers have ranged from 4 million to 91.7 million rupees.

Period Of Construction

54. Likewise the period of construction has been guessed to be anywhere between 10 years and 22 years. There would have not been any scope for guesswork had the building construction been on record in the court papers.

55. The designer of the Tajmahal is also variously mentioned as Essa Effendy, a Persian or Turk, or Ahmed Mehendis or a Frenchman, Austin deBordeaux, or Geronimo Veroneo, an Italian, or Shahjahan himself.

Records Don’t Exist

56. Twenty thousand labourers are supposed to have worked for 22 years during Shahjahan’s reign in building the Tajmahal. Had this been true, there should have been available in Shahjahan’s court papers design drawings, heaps of labour muster rolls, daily expenditure sheets, bills and receipts of material ordered, and commisioning orders. There is not even a scrap of paper of this kind.

57. It is, therefore, court flatterers, blundering historians, somnolent archeologists, fiction writers, senile poets, careless tourists officials and erring guides who are responsible for hustling the world into believing in Shahjahan’s mythical authorship of the Taj.

58. Description of the gardens around the Taj of Shahjahan’s time mention Ketaki, Jai, Jui, Champa, Maulashree, Harshringar and Bel. All these are plants whose flowers or leaves are used in the worship of Hindu deities. Bel leaves are exclusively used in Lord Shiva’s worship. A graveyard is planted only with shady trees because the idea of using fruit and flower from plants in a cemetary is abhorrent to human conscience. The presence of Bel and other flower plants in the Taj garden is proof of its having been a Shiva temple before seizure by Shahjahan.

59. Hindu temples are often built on river banks and sea beaches. The Taj is one such built on the bank of the Yamuna river an ideal location for a Shiva temple.

60. Prophet Mohammad has ordained that the burial spot of a muslim should be inconspicous and must not be marked by even a single tombstone. In flagrant violation of this, the Tajamhal has one grave in the basement and another in the first floor chamber both ascribed to Mumtaz. Those two centotaphs were infact erected by Shahjahan to bury the two tier Shivalingas that were consecrated in the Taj. It is customary for Hindus to install two Shivalingas one over the other in two stories as may be seen in the Mahankaleshwar temple in Ujjain and the Somnath temple raised by Ahilyabai in Somnath Pattan.

61. The Tajmahal has identical entrance arches on all four sides. This is a typical Hindu building style known as Chaturmukhi, i.e.,four faced.

The Hindu Dome

62. The Tajmahal has a reverberating dome. Such a dome is an absurdity for a tomb which must ensure peace and silence. Contrarily reverberating domes are a neccesity in Hindu temples because they create an ecstatic dinmultiplying and magnifying the sound of bells, drums and pipes accompanying the worship of Hindu deities.

63. The Tajmahal dome bears a lotus cap. Original Islamic domes have a bald top as is exemplified by the Pakistan Embassy in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, and the domes in the Pakistan’s newly built capital Islamabad.

64. The Tajmahal entrance faces south. Had the Taj been an Islamic building it should have faced the west.

Tomb is the Grave, not the Building

65. A widespread misunderstanding has resulted in mistaking the building for the grave.Invading Islam raised graves in captured buildings in every country it overran. Therefore, hereafter people must learn not to confound the building with the grave mounds which are grafts in conquered buildings. This is true of the Tajmahal too. One may therefore admit (for arguments sake) that Mumtaz lies buried inside the Taj. But that should not be construed to mean that the Taj was raised over Mumtaz’s grave.

66. The Taj is a seven storied building. Prince Aurangzeb also mentions this in his letter to Shahjahan (Refer to the Figure 1 above). The marble edifice comprises four stories including the lone, tall circular hall inside the top, and the lone chamber in the basement. In between are two floors each containing 12 to 15 palatial rooms. Below the marble plinth reaching down to the river at the rear are two more stories in red stone. They may be seen from the river bank. The seventh storey must be below the ground (river) level since every ancient Hindu building had a subterranian storey.

67. Immediately bellow the marble plinth on the river flank are 22 rooms in red stone with their ventilators all walled up by Shahjahan. Those rooms, made uninhibitably by Shahjahan, are kept locked by Archealogy Department of India. The lay visitor is kept in the dark about them. Those 22 rooms still bear ancient Hindu paint on their walls and ceilings. On their side is a nearly 33 feet long corridor. There are two door frames one at either end ofthe corridor. But those doors are intriguingly sealed with brick and lime.

68. Apparently those doorways originally sealed by Shahjahan have been since unsealed and again walled up several times. In 1934 a resident of Delhi took a peep inside from an opening in the upper part of the doorway. To his dismay he saw huge hall inside. It contained many statues huddled around a central beheaded image of Lord Shiva. It could be that, in there, are Sanskrit inscriptions too. All the seven stories of the Tajmahal need to be unsealed and scoured to ascertain what evidence they may be hiding in the form of Hindu images, Sanskrit inscriptions, scriptures, coins and utensils.

69. Apart from Hindu images hidden in the sealed stories it is also learnt that Hindu images are also stored in the massive walls of the Taj. Between 1959 and 1962 when Mr. S.R. Rao was the Archealogical Superintendent in Agra, he happened to notice a deep and wide crack in the wall of the central octagonal chamber of the Taj. When a part of the wall was dismantled to study the crack out popped two or three marble images. The matter was hushed up and the images were reburied where they had been embedded at Shahjahan’s behest. Confirmation of this has been obtained from several sources. It was only when I began my investigation into the antecedents of the Taj I came across the above information which had remained a forgotten secret. What better proof is needed of the Temple origin of the Tajmahal? Its walls and sealed chambers still hide in Hindu idols that were consecrated in it before Shahjahan’s seizure of the Taj.

Pre-Shahjahan References to the Taj

70. Apparently the Taj as a central palace seems to have an chequered history. The Taj was perhaps desecrated and looted by every Muslim invader from Mohammad Ghazni onwards but passing into Hindu hands off and on, the sanctity of the Taj as a Shiva temple continued to be revived after every muslim onslaught. Shahjahan was the last muslim to desecrate the Tajmahal alias Tejomahalay.

71. Vincent Smith records in his book titled `Akbar the Great Moghul’ that `Babur’s turbulent life came to an end in his garden palace in Agra in 1630′. That palace was none other than the Tajmahal.

72. Babur’s daughter Gulbadan Begum in her chronicle titled Humayun Nama refers to the Taj as the Mystic House.

73. Babur himself refers to the Taj in his memoirs as the palace captured by Ibrahim Lodi containing a central octagonal chamber and having pillars on the four sides. All these historical references allude to the Taj 100 years before Shahjahan.

74. The Tajmahal precincts extend to several hundred yards in all directions. Across the river are ruins of the annexes of the Taj, the bathing ghats and a jetty for the ferry boat. In the Victoria gardens outside covered with creepers is the long spur of the ancient outer wall ending in a octagonal red stone tower. Such extensive grounds all magnificently done up, are a superfluity for a grave.

75. Had the Taj been specially built to bury Mumtaz, it should not have been cluttered with other graves. But the Taj premises contain several graves atleast in its eastern and southern pavilions.

76. In the southern flank, on the other side of the Tajganj gate are buried in identical pavilions queens Sarhandi Begum, and Fatehpuri Begum and a maid Satunnisa Khanum. Such parity burial can be justified only if the queens had been demoted or the maid promoted. But since Shahjahan had commandeered (not built) the Taj, he reduced it general to a muslim cemetary as was the habit of all his Islamic predeccssors, and buried a queen in a vacant pavillion and a maid in another idenitcal pavilion.

77. Shahjahan was married to several other women before and after Mumtaz. She, therefore, deserved no special consideration in having a wonder mausoleum built for her.

78. Mumtaz was a commoner by birth and so she did not qualify for a fairyland burial.

79. Mumtaz died in Burhanpur which is about 600 miles from Agra. Her grave there is intact. Therefore, the centotaphs raised in stories of the Taj in her name seem to be fakes hiding in Hindu Shiva emblems.

80. Shahjahan seems to have simulated Mumtaz’s burial in Agra to find a pretext to surround the temple palace with his fierce and fanatic troops and remove all the costly fixtures in his treasury. This finds confirmation in the vague noting in the Badshahnama which says that the Mumtaz’s (exhumed) body was brought to Agra from Burhanpur and buried `next year’. An official term would not use a nebulous term unless it is to hide some thing.

81. A pertinent consideration is that a Shahjahan who did not build any palaces for Mumtaz while she was alive, would not build a fabulous mausoleum for a corpse which was no longer kicking or clicking.

82. Another factor is that Mumtaz died within two or three years of Shahjahan becoming an emperor. Could he amass so much superflous wealth in that short span as to squander it on a wonder mausoleum?

83. While Shahjahan’s special attachment to Mumtaz is nowhere recorded in history his amorous affairs with many other ladies from maids to mannequins including his own daughter Jahanara, find special attention in accounts of Shahjahan’s reign. Would Shahjahan shower his hard earned wealth on Mumtaz’s corpse?

84. Shahjahan was a stingy, usurious monarch. He came to throne murdering all his rivals. He was not therefore, the doting spendthrift that he is made out to be.

85. A Shahjahan disconsolate on Mumtaz’s death is suddenly credited with a resolve to build the Taj. This is a psychological incongruity. Grief is a disabling, incapacitating emotion.

86. A infatuated Shahjahan is supposed to have raised the Taj over the dead Mumtaz, but carnal, physical sexual love is again a incapacitating emotion. A womaniser is ipso facto incapable of any constructive activity. When carnal love becomes uncontrollable the person either murders somebody or commits suicide. He cannot raise a Tajmahal. A building like the Taj invariably originates in an ennobling emotion like devotion to God, to one’s mother and mother country or power and glory.

87. Early in the year 1973, chance digging in the garden in front of the Taj revealed another set of fountains about six feet below the present fountains. This proved two things. Firstly, the subterranean fountains were there before Shahjahan laid the surface fountains. And secondly that those fountains are aligned to the Taj that edifice too is of pre Shahjahan origin. Apparently the garden and its fountains had sunk from annual monsoon flooding and lack of maintenance for centuries during the Islamic rule.

88. The stately rooms on the upper floor of the Tajmahal have been striped of their marble mosaic by Shahjahan to obtain matching marble for raising fake tomb stones inside the Taj premises at several places. Contrasting with the rich finished marble ground floor rooms the striping of the marble mosaic covering the lower half of the walls and flooring of the upper storey have given those rooms a naked, robbed look. Since no visitors are allowed entry to the upper storey this despoilation by Shahjahan has remained a well guarded secret. There is no reason why Shahjahan’s loot of the upper floor marble should continue to be hidden from the public even after 200 years of termination of Moghul rule.

89. Bernier, the French traveller has recorded that no non muslim was allowed entry into the secret nether chambers of the Taj because there are some dazzling fixtures there. Had those been installed by Shahjahan they should have been shown the public as a matter of pride. But since it was commandeered Hindu wealth which Shahjahan wanted to remove to his treasury, he didn’t want the public to know about it.

90. The approach to Taj is dotted with hillocks raised with earth dugout from foundation trenches. The hillocks served as outer defences of the Taj building complex. Raising such hillocks from foundation earth, is a common Hindu device of hoary origin. Nearby Bharatpur provides a graphic parallel. Peter Mundy has recorded that Shahjahan employed thousands of labourers to level some of those hillocks. This is a graphic proof of the Tajmahal existing before Shahjahan.

91. At the backside of the river bank is a Hindu crematorium, several palaces, Shiva temples and bathings of ancient origin. Had Shahjahan built the Tajmahal, he would have destroyed the Hindu features.

92. The story that Shahjahan wanted to build a Black marble Taj across the river, is another motivated myth. The ruins dotting the other side of the river are those of Hindu structures demolished during muslim invasions and not the plinth of another Tajmahal. Shahjahan who did not even build the white Tajmahal would hardly ever think of building a black marble Taj. He was so miserly that he forced labourers to work gratis even in the superficial tampering neccesary to make a Hindu temple serve as a Muslim tomb.

93. The marble that Shahjahan used for grafting Koranic lettering in the Taj is of a pale white shade while the rest of the Taj is built of a marble with rich yellow tint. This disparity is proof of the Koranic extracts being a superimposition.

94. Though imaginative attempts have been made by some historians to foist some fictitious name on history as the designer of the Taj others more imaginative have credited Shajahan himself with superb architechtural proficiency and artistic talent which could easily concieve and plan the Taj even in acute bereavment. Such people betray gross ignorance of history in as much as Shajahan was a cruel tyrant ,a great womaniser and a drug and drink addict.

95. Fanciful accounts about Shahjahan commisioning the Taj are all confused. Some asserted that Shahjahan ordered building drawing from all over the world and chose one from among them. Others assert that a man at hand was ordered to design a mausoleum amd his design was approved. Had any of those versions been true Shahjahan’s court papers should have had thousands of drawings concerning the Taj. But there is not even a single drawing. This is yet another clinching proof that Shahjahan did not commision the Taj.

96. The Tajmahal is surrounded by huge mansions which indicate that several battles have been waged around the Taj several times.

97. At the south east corner of the Taj is an ancient royal cattle house. Cows attached to the Tejomahalay temple used to reared there. A cowshed is an incongruity in an Islamic tomb.

98. Over the western flank of the Taj are several stately red stone annexes. These are superflous for a mausoleum.

99. The entire Taj complex comprises of 400 to 500 rooms. Residential accomodation on such a stupendous scale is unthinkable in a mausoleum.

100. The neighbouring Tajganj township’s massive protective wall also encloses the Tajmahal temple palace complex. This is a clear indication that the Tejomahalay temple palace was part and parcel of the township. A street of that township leads straight into the Tajmahal. The Tajganj gate is aligned in a perfect straight line to the octagonal red stone garden gate and the stately entrance arch of the Tajmahal. The Tajganj gate besides being central to the Taj temple complex, is also put on a pedestal. The western gate by which the visitors enter the Taj complex is a camparatively minor gateway. It has become the entry gate for most visitors today because the railway station and the bus station are on that side.

101. The Tajmahal has pleasure pavillions which a tomb would never have.

102. A tiny mirror glass in a gallery of the Red Fort in Agra reflects the Taj mahal. Shahjahan is said to have spent his last eight years of life as a prisoner in that gallery peering at the reflected Tajmahal and sighing in the name of Mumtaz. This myth is a blend of many falsehoods. Firstly, old Shajahan was held prisoner by his son Aurangzeb in the basement storey in the Fort and not in an open, fashionable upper storey. Secondly, the glass piece was fixed in the 1930’s by Insha Allah Khan, a peon of the archaelogy dept.just to illustrate to the visitors how in ancient times the entire apartment used to scintillate with tiny mirror pieces reflecting the Tejomahalay temple a thousand fold. Thirdly, a old decrepit Shahjahan with pain in his joints and cataract in his eyes, would not spend his day craning his neck at an awkward angle to peer into a tiny glass piece with bedimmed eyesight when he could as well his face around and have full, direct view of the Tjamahal itself. But the general public is so gullible as to gulp all such prattle of wily, unscrupulous guides.

103. That the Tajmahal dome has hundreds of iron rings sticking out of its exterior is a feature rarely noticed. These are made to hold Hindu earthen oil lamps for temple illumination.

104. Those putting implicit faith in Shahjahan authorship of the Taj have been imagining Shahjahan-Mumtaz to be a soft hearted romantic pair like Romeo and Juliet. But contemporary accounts speak of Shahjahan as a hard hearted ruler who was constantly egged on to acts of tyranny and cruelty, by Mumtaz.

105. School and College history carry the myth that Shahjahan reign was a golden period in which there was peace and plenty and that Shahjahan commisioned many buildings and patronized literature. This is pure fabrication. Shahjahan did not commision even a single building as we have illustrated by a detailed analysis of the Tajmahal legend. Shahjahn had to enrage in 48 military campaigns during a reign of nearly 30 years which proves that his was not a era of peace and plenty.

106. The interior of the dome rising over Mumtaz’s centotaph has a representation of Sun and cobras drawn in gold. Hindu warriors trace their origin to the Sun. For an Islamic mausoleum the Sun is redundant. Cobras are always associated with Lord Shiva.

Forged Documents

107. The muslim caretakers of the tomb in the Tajmahal used to possess a document which they styled as Tarikh-i-Tajmahal. Historian H.G. Keene has branded it as a document of doubtful authenticity. Keene was uncannily right since we have seen that Shahjahan not being the creator of the Tajmahal any document which credits Shahjahn with the Tajmahal, must be an outright forgery. Even that forged document is reported to have been smuggled out of Pakistan. Besides such forged documents there are whole chronicles on the Taj which are pure concoctions.

108. There is lot of sophistry and casuistry or atleast confused thinking associated with the Taj even in the minds of proffesional historians, archaelogists and architects. At the outset they assert that the Taj is entirely Muslim in design. But when it is pointed out that its lotus capped dome and the four corner pillars etc. are all entirely Hindu those worthies shift ground and argue that that was probably because the workmen were Hindu and were to introduce their own patterns. Both these arguments are wrong because Muslim accounts claim the designers to be Muslim, and the workers invariably carry out the employer’s dictates.

The Taj is only a typical illustration of how all historic buildings and townships from Kashmir to Cape Comorin though of Hindu origin have been ascribed to this or that Muslim ruler or courtier.

It is hoped that people the world over who study Indian history will awaken to this new finding and revise their erstwhile beliefs.

From Understanding Muhammad: A Psychobiography of Allâh‘s Prophet

We are often taken aback by the level of fanaticism of Muslims. Millions of them riot, burn churches, and kill completely innocent people because a newspaper has published a few cartoons of Muhammad or because the Pope has quoted a medieval emperor saying that violence is not compatible with the nature of God.

People generally are biased towards a belief system that has this many followers. They believe that the sheer size of Islam qualifies it as a religion. But is Islam really a religion?

Some say all religions start as a cult until, with the passage of time, they gradually gain acceptance and the status of religion. However, there are certain characteristics that distinguish cults from religions. Dr. Janja Lalich and Dr. Michael D. Langone have created a list that describes cults fairly well.[1] The more a group or a doctrine has these characteristics the more it follows that it should be defined and labeled as a cult. The following is that list, which I have compared Islam to point by point.

1. The group displays excessively zealous and unquestioning commitment to its leader and (whether he is alive or dead) regards his belief system, ideology, and practices as the Truth, as law.

Muslims are extremely zealous about their faith and have an unquestioning commitment to their prophet, whose book, the Qur’an, for them is Truth and Law.

2. Questioning, doubt, and dissent are discouraged or even punished.

Muslims are forbidden to question and doubt the basic tenets of their faith, and dissent is punishable by death.

3. Mind-altering practices (such as meditation, chanting, speaking in tongues, denunciation sessions, and debilitating work routines) are used in excess and serve to suppress doubts about the group and its leader(s).

They are frequently granted exceptions unavailable to members of other religions. Recently in Ontario , Canada , they tried to make Islamic law (Sharia) recognized and binding, so they could bypass Canadian law. They were defeated, thanks largely to the tireless opposition of ex-Muslims.

6. The group has a polarized us-versus-them mentality, which may cause conflict with the wider society.

Muslims have a very strong us-versus-them mentality. They call all non-Muslims, regardless of faith, kafir, an expressly derogatory term, which means one who blasphemes God. For them, the world is forever divided into Dar al Salam (House of Peace) and Dar al Harb (House of War). The non-Muslim countries are the House of War. It is the duty of every Muslim to wage jihad on the House of War, to fight, kill and subdue non-Muslims and convert that land into the House of Peace. Peace, according to Islam can only be attained by subduing non-Muslims and making them subordinate to Islamic rule.

The idea is not so much to convert everyone to Islam, but to make Islam dominant. The non-Muslims can continue practicing their religion, but only as dhimmis, a term which means protected and is only applied to Christians and Jews. The Christians and the Jews (the people of the Book) will be protected, provided they pay the protection tax, known as the jizyah and feel themselves humiliated and subdued, as stated in the Qur’an.

[2] If they fail to pay the jizyah, they can be exiled or put to death. This is how the Mafia operates. If you own a business, you could be harassed or even killed, unless you pay them a protection fee to be left alone. As for those unbelievers who are not protected, i.e. the pagans, the atheist, the animists, etc., they have either to convert or be killed.

7. The leader is not accountable to any authorities.

For Muslims, all actions of Muhammad constitute law. He cannot be held accountable for his actions. He was entitled to marry or have sex out of marriage with as many women as he wished. He could raid civilians, kill unarmed men, loot their properties and take their women and children as slaves and even rape them.

He could assassinate his critics and torture them to make them reveal where they had hidden their treasures. He could have sex with children. He could lie and deceive his opponents. He could massacre his prisoners of war in cold-blood. None of that bothers his followers.

At first they deny all of the above charges vehemently, accusing you of maligning their prophet, but once the evidence is presented, they suddenly change tactic and defend him, justifying his evil deeds, the very deeds they outrageously denied. For Muslims, Muhammad’s actions are not measured by what we humans know as right and wrong. Rather he is the standard, the measure of right and wrong. As the result, if a crime was committed by Muhammad, that crime becomes a holy deed and is emulated by his followers unquestioningly. Muslims are capable of committing the most atrocious acts of indecency and savagery with clear conscience, because it is sunnah (performed by Muhammad).

8. The group teaches or implies that its supposedly exalted ends justify whatever means it deems necessary. This may result in members’ participating in behaviors or activities they would have considered reprehensible or unethical before joining the group (for example, lying to family or friends, or collecting money for bogus charities).

In Islam, the ends always justify the means. For example, killing is bad, but if it is done to promote Islam, it is good.

Suicide is prohibited, but suicide bombing that will cause the death of non-Muslims is a holy act. Stealing from fellow Muslims is prohibited and the thief’s hand will be chopped, but looting non-believers was practiced by Muhammad and so is considered acceptable by Muslims.

Sexual intercourse out of marriage is taboo, but rape of the women of unbelievers is okay.

The goal, which is the establishment of the reign of Allâh on Earth, is regarded to be so lofty that everything else becomes secondary. In the history of Islam, we read that people murdered their own fathers or waged war against them. Such actions are praised as the sign of faith and devotion of the believer. Lying in Islam is prohibited, except when it is said to deceive the non-Muslims and advance the interests of Islam.

9. The leadership induces feelings of shame and/or guilt in order to influence and/or control members. Often, this is done through peer pressure and subtle forms of persuasion.

Muslims’ thoughts tend to be overridden with guilt. If a Muslim does something contrary to what is permitted, other Muslims are required to remind him or her of the Sharia law and demand compliance. In most Islamic countries, particularly in Iran and Saudi Arabia , it is the state that makes sure the individuals follow the religious law.

In March 2002 Saudi Arabia ‘s religious police stopped schoolgirls from leaving a blazing building because they were not wearing correct Islamic dress.[3] As a result fifteen girls were burned alive.

10. Subservience to the leader or group requires members to cut ties with family and friends, and radically alter the personal goals and activities they had before joining the group.

Muslim converts are encouraged to cut their ties with family and friends if they are not Muslims. I have received countless heart-rending stories from non-Muslim parents whose children converted to Islam with whom they have lost touch completely.

Occasionally, they may receive a call or a cold visit, but the visit may be so restricted, so bereft of any love from their children and their Muslim spouses that the outcome further saddens the already heartbroken parents. The purpose of these visits is usually to ask the parents to convert to Islam. They leave, as soon resistance is encountered.

11. The group is preoccupied with bringing in new members.

Muslims’ main goal is to promote Islam. This practice of promoting Islam is called da’wa. It is the duty of every Muslim to bring new converts, starting with their own family and friends. Expanding Islam is the main obsession of every Muslim.

Raising funds for jihad is one of the main objectives of all Muslims. Today this is done through what are known as Islamic “charities.” However, during the time of Muhammad, and throughout the course of Islam, raising money for jihad was done principally by looting. Islam’s main goal is to establish itself as the pre-eminent earthly power.

13. Members are expected to devote inordinate amounts of time to the group and group-related activities.

Muslims’ main preoccupation is Islam. They are required to regularly go to the mosque, attend obligatory prayers five times a day, listen to the sermons, etc. So enwrapped do they become in their thinking about how to perform their religious duties, what to wear, what to eat, how to perform their prayers, etc. that they are left with very little time for thinking of anything else.

In fact, they are even told what to think and what not to think.

14. Members are encouraged or required to live and/or socialize only with other group members.

Muslims are taught to shun kafirs and are encouraged to socialize only with fellow Muslims. The Qur’an prohibits taking friends from among unbelievers (Q.3:28), calls them najis (filthy, impure) (Q.9:28), and orders harshness towards them (Q.9:123). According to Muhammad, the unbelievers are the vilest animals in the sight of God. (Q.8:55)

15. The most loyal members (the “true believers”) feel there can be no life outside the context of the group. They believe there is no other way to be, and often fear reprisals to themselves or others if they leave (or even consider leaving) the group.

The thought of leaving Islam is something so unbearable for true Muslims they can’t even entertain it. Despite the fact that millions of Muslims have left Islam in recent years, hardcore Muslims remain adamant in believing nobody ever really leaves Islam, that such claims are all fabrications and part of the conspiracy to shake the faith of believers.

Emails I have received from Muslims share one common theme. They all warn me of hellfire in the afterlife. Between the fear of hell and fear of reprisal, Muslims are trapped in a web of terror of their own making.

Islam was not created to teach humans spirituality, nor make them enlightened.

The spiritual message in Islam is secondary or virtually nonexistent.

Piety in Islam means emulating Muhammad, a man who was far from pious. Rituals like prayers and fasting are mere window dressings to lure the foolhardy inside, to give Islam the appearance of sacredness and spirituality.

From Understanding Muhammad: A Psychobiography of Allâh’s Prophet We are often taken aback by the level of fanaticism of Muslims. Millions of them riot, burn churches, and kill completely innocent people because a newspaper has published a few cartoons of Muhammad or because the Pope has quoted a medieval emperor saying that violence is not compatible with the nature of God.
People generally are biased towards a belief system that has this many followers. They believe that the sheer size of Islam qualifies it as a religion. But is Islam really a religion?
Some say all religions start as a cult until, with the passage of time, they gradually gain acceptance and the status of religion. However, there are certain characteristics that distinguish cults from religions. Dr. Janja Lalich and Dr. Michael D. Langone have created a list that describes cults fairly well.[1] The more a group or a doctrine has these characteristics the more it follows that it should be defined and labeled as a cult. The following is that list, which I have compared Islam to point by point.
1. The group displays excessively zealous and unquestioning commitment to its leader and (whether he is alive or dead) regards his belief system, ideology, and practices as the Truth, as law.
Muslims are extremely zealous about their faith and have an unquestioning commitment to their prophet, whose book, the Qur’an, for them is Truth and Law.
2. Questioning, doubt, and dissent are discouraged or even punished.
Muslims are forbidden to question and doubt the basic tenets of their faith, and dissent is punishable by death.
3. Mind-altering practices (such as meditation, chanting, speaking in tongues, denunciation sessions, and debilitating work routines) are used in excess and serve to suppress doubts about the group and its leader(s).

લવ એ સ્થિતિ છે જ્યાં થેન્ક યૂ કહેવાતું નથી…! ( Love is a Situation where Thanks is not to be Spoken )

જગતમાં સૌથી વધારે વપરાતા શબ્દોમાંનો એક છે લવ અને એનું ગુજરાતી આપણે પ્રેમ કર્યું છે.

ઓશો રજનીશનું વિધાન છે કે લુભ-લોભ પરથી લવ શબ્દ આવ્યો છે અને એમાં લોભનો ભાવ છે. હશે અથવા નહીં હોય. પણ લવ શબ્દની વ્યાખ્યા દરેક પુરુષ અને દરેક સ્ત્રીની જુદી હશે. એમના પોતાના અનુભવથી પ્રમાણિત અને એમનાં પોતાનાં ક્લ્પનો પર આધારિત.

લવ એટલે માતા અને સંતાનનું વાત્સલ્ય નહીં કે ભાઈ અને બહેનનો સ્નેહ નહીં. લવ એટલે સ્ત્રી અને પુરુષનો પ્રેમ. જેમાં સૌંદર્ય અને શરીર અને સંલગ્નતાથી નગ્નતા સુધીના બધા જ આયામ આવી જાય છે.

દુનિયાભરમાં કેટલાક વિચારો જુદા જુદા દેશકાળમાં સમાન ઉદ્ભવી શકે છે. આપણા સંસ્કૃતમાં ભોજન સમયે માતાથી શયનેષુ રંભા જેવી આદર્શ સ્ત્રીની કલ્પના વિદ્વાનોએ કરી છે. એક જ સ્ત્રીમાંથી પુરુષને અનેક સ્વરૃપો જોઈએ છે! પણ આ પ્રકારની જ વાત મહાન સ્પેનિસ નવલકથાકાર સર્વેન્ટિસે એમની નવલ લા ટીઆ ફીન્જીડામાં લખી છે :

સ્ત્રી રસ્તામાં દેવદૂત હોવી જોઈએ. ચર્ચમાં સંત હોવી જોઈએ. બારીમાં ખૂબસૂરત હોવી જોઈએ. ઘરમાં પ્રામાણિક હોવી જોઈએ અને પથારીમાં રાક્ષસી હોવી જોઈએ!

આ વિધાન સ્પેનિસ સ્ત્રી માટે છે અને ત્રણસો વર્ષ પૂર્વે કરેલું છે. જેમ આપણી સંસ્કૃત ઉક્તિ કદાચ પંદરસો વર્ષ જૂની હશે. પણ વાસ્તવ એ છે કે પુરુષને એક સ્ત્રીની અંદર ઘણી સ્ત્રીઓની અપેક્ષા હોય છે! કદાચ પુરુષને કિચનમાં અને બેડરૃમમાં જે સ્ત્રી જોઈએ છે એનો ચહેરો એક જેવો હોવો જોઈએ. પણ મન જુદાં હોવાં જોઈએ… અને પુરુષભાઈને આ બધાને લવ કરવો છે. આફ્રિકન જનજાતિના એક સભ્યે એક વાર આફ્રિકન ટ્રાઈબલ સમાજ અને પશ્ચિમી સમાજનો ફર્ક સમજાવતાં કહ્યું હતું કે તમારા ગોરાઓમાં અને અમારા કાળાઓમાં બુનિયાદી ફર્ક છે. તમે એક જ સ્ત્રીમાં નર્સ, પત્ની, માતા, રસોઈયણ, કામવાળી, બાળકોની શિક્ષિકા, ઘરની ગવર્નેસ, ટેલિફોન ઓપરેટર, સેક્રેટરી, પ્રેયસી બધું જ માગો છો. અમે આ બધા માટે જુદી જુદી સ્ત્રી રાખીએ છીએ! તમારી જેમ અમે એક જ સ્ત્રી પર આટલો બધો જુલ્મ કરવામાં માનતા નથી.

લવનું કોઈ શાસ્ત્ર નથી. લવ કરવા માટે કોઈ ટ્રેઈનર કામ આવતો નથી. જેમ ચોપડી વાંચીને તરવું કે ઘોડેસવારી શિખાય નહીં, પાણીમાં કૂદવું પડે કે ઘોડા પર ચડવું પડે એમ લવ ચોપડીઓ વાંચીને કે લાલ પેન્સિલ લઈને અન્ડરલાઈન કરીને કે લેસન કરીને થાય નહીં. લવ કરવા માટે કૂદવું પડે અને ગોઠણ છોલાય ત્યારે ઉર્દૂની ઈશ્કિયા શાયરી કામ આવતી નથી. પાનવાળાની દુકાને ઊભા રહીને આદમકદ આયનામાં જોઈને વાળ ઓળતા ગોરાચિટ્ટા સુંવાળા નવરાઓ માટે ઉર્દૂના શેર ચરકતા રહેવું ઠીક છે, બાકી લવ એ જુદી ચેલેન્જ છે. એમાં થોડા મર્દ બનવું પડે છે!

સ્ત્રીના શરીરની કાતિલ ઊર્જા વિશ્વની બધી જ ઉદ્દીપક કે સંતર્પક વસ્તુઓ કરતાં વધારે કાતિલ છે. ફૂલો અને તારાઓ અને સમુદ્રો કરતાં પણ! ફૂલ નગ્ન છે પણ આપણે એની નગ્નતા જોઈ શકતા નથી. સ્ત્રી નગ્ન હોય ત્યારે આપણે નગ્નતા જ જોઈ રહ્યા છીએ.

નગ્નતામાં શક્તિ, સ્વાસ્થ્ય, સૌંદર્ય છે. ઈંગ્લિશ ભાષામાં એક શબ્દપ્રયોગ થાય છે : સેક્સ્યુઅલ લવ. જે આપણે ત્યાં નથી. પશ્ચિમના પ્રેમની અભિવ્યક્તિમાં સેક્સ પ્રધાનસ્થાને છે. નગ્નતાની પીઠિકા ઊંચી છે. ક્લીમેન્ટ ઓફ એલેક્ઝાન્ડ્રીઆ નામના એક પ્રાચીન ધર્મગુરુનું વાક્ય પશ્ચિમી સમાજનું બ્રહ્મવાક્ય બની ગયું છે :

આપણને શા માટે શરમ હોવી જોઈએ એ નામો લેતાં, જેમને ઈશ્વરે સ્વયં સર્જ્યાં છે!

અને અહીં નામો એટલે યોનિ અને શિશ્ન! ર્માિટન લ્યુથર પ્રોટેસ્ટન્ટ ધર્મશાખાનો પ્રવર્તક હતો પણ એણે એક નવો આગ્રહ રાખ્યો હતો : રાઈટ્સ ઓફ ધ બોડી! દેહના અધિકારો.

લવ અને લસ્ટ વચ્ચે પશ્ચિમી વિચારધારા સ્પષ્ટ ભેદરેખા દોરે છે. લવનો નિકટતમ ગુજરાતી શબ્દ છે પ્રેમ. અને લસ્ટને આપણે વાસનારૃપે જોઈએ છીએ. લસ્ટ એટલે માનસશાસ્ત્રની ભાષામાં લિબિડો અથવા સેક્સતૃષ્ણા.

પશ્ચિમી વિચારકોએ આ બે શબ્દ વિશે બહુ ચિંતાચર્ચા કરી છે. એ સેક્સના સામીપ્યને શું કહેવું જોઈએ? લવ? પણ લવને જો સેક્સના સંદર્ભમાં મૂલવવામાં આવે તો એ વાસના વત્તા મિત્રતા છે! લવ એ ભૂખ કે પ્યાસ નથી પણ વિદ્યુતના કરન્ટ કે લોહચુંબકના ચુંબકત્વથી નિકટ એવી એક ફિલિંગ છે.

જોકે ડોને નામનો નાટયકાર એના નાટક લ એસ્કેલેડમાં કહે છે કે લવ એ મેન્ટલ ડિસઓર્ડર કે માનસિક અસ્થિરતા છે! લવ એક પ્રાકૃતિક પાગલપણું છે. લવ એક ભ્રમ છે કે વાસ્તવ છે? બહારવાળા માટે ભ્રમ અને અંદરવાળા માટે વાસ્તવ એ લવનું નિષ્પક્ષ પૃથક્કરણ ગણાય છે. પણ એક હકીકત છે કે માણસ વિચારતાં કે અભિનય કરતાં કરતાં થાકી શકે છે. લવ કરવામાં થાકને સ્થાન નથી! લવ કવિતાની કક્ષાએ પહોંચે એ દરેકના કિસ્મતમાં હોતું નથી…

લેટિન કવિ ઓવિડે લવની કલા વિશે પ્રચુર લખ્યું છે પણ એ લેખન નૈતિક કરતાં અનૈતિક વિશેષ છે. લવ એ પતિની કલા કરતાં પ્રેયસીની કલા વધારે છે એવું પ્રવર્તમાન સાહિત્યના અભ્યાસથી ફલિત થાય છે. પુરુષ કરતાં સ્ત્રી લવને વધારે સમજે છે એવું દુનિયાભરના ચિંતકો માને છે. લવ કરવો એ કલા છે વાદ્યમાંથી સંગીત પ્રકટાવવા જેવી અને દરેકને એ કલા હસ્તગત થતી નથી. તમે વાજિંત્ર ખરીદી શકો છો. ઘરમાં સજાવીને ગોઠવી શકો છો. પણ એ વાજિંત્રના તારમાં સ્પંદન પેદા કરતા આવડવું જોઈએ.

એલન કે નામના માનસજ્ઞા લખે છે કે દરેક પુષ્ટ સ્ત્રી પોતાને કોઈ પ્રેમ કરે એમ ઈચ્છે છે. અને લવ કરનારે શરીરની પહેલાં આત્માને સ્પર્શ કરવો પડે છે. સ્ત્રીનો પ્રેમ આત્મામાંથી ફાટીને ઈન્દ્રિયોમાં પ્રસરતો હોય છે. પુરુષનો પ્રેમ ઈન્દ્રિયોમાંથી ફાટે છે અને આત્મા તરફ વહેતો હોય છે. અને ઘણી વાર એ આત્મા સુધી પહોંચી શકતો નથી. કદાચ લવ વિશેની શ્રેષ્ઠ વ્યાખ્યા મારી દૃષ્ટિએ હેવલોક એલિસે આપી છેઃ

લવની કલા શેમાં રહેલી છે? એક જ અને એ જ વ્યક્તિમાંથી હંમેશાં કંઈક નવું શોધી કાઢવામાં લવની કલા રહેલી છે!

કાળક્રમે લવની કલા પ્રેમ જગાડવા કરતાં પ્રેમને જીવંત, ચેતનવંત રાખવામાં રહેલી છે. સેક્સ એ લવની કલાનું માત્ર આરંભબિંદુ છે…! લગ્નનાં વર્ષો પસાર થતાં જાય છે એમ એમ પત્નીનું પત્નીત્વ માતૃત્વમાં કેમ બદલાતું જાય છે?

લવના વિશ્વમાં તમે કોઈને લવ કર્યો છે? જેવા પ્રશ્ન માત્ર આનુષંગિક બનીને ગૌણ બની જાય છે.

જે પ્રશ્ન મુખ્ય છે એ છે : તમને કોઈએ લવ કર્યો છે? એક પુસ્તક વાંચ્યું હતું. લવ-સ્ટોરી જેવું કંઈક નામ હતું. અને એમાં એક વ્યાખ્યા હતી :

જગતમાં સૌથી વધારે વપરાતા શબ્દોમાંનો એક છે લવ અને એનું ગુજરાતી આપણે પ્રેમ કર્યું છે.
ઓશો રજનીશનું વિધાન છે કે લુભ-લોભ પરથી લવ શબ્દ આવ્યો છે અને એમાં લોભનો ભાવ છે. હશે અથવા નહીં હોય. પણ લવ શબ્દની વ્યાખ્યા દરેક પુરુષ અને દરેક સ્ત્રીની જુદી હશે. એમના પોતાના અનુભવથી પ્રમાણિત અને એમનાં પોતાનાં ક્લ્પનો પર આધારિત.
લવ એટલે માતા અને સંતાનનું વાત્સલ્ય નહીં કે ભાઈ અને બહેનનો સ્નેહ નહીં. લવ એટલે સ્ત્રી અને પુરુષનો પ્રેમ. જેમાં સૌંદર્ય અને શરીર અને સંલગ્નતાથી નગ્નતા સુધીના બધા જ આયામ આવી જાય છે.
દુનિયાભરમાં કેટલાક વિચારો જુદા જુદા દેશકાળમાં સમાન ઉદ્ભવી શકે છે. આપણા સંસ્કૃતમાં ભોજન સમયે માતાથી શયનેષુ રંભા જેવી આદર્શ સ્ત્રીની કલ્પના વિદ્વાનોએ કરી છે. એક જ સ્ત્રીમાંથી પુરુષને અનેક સ્વરૃપો જોઈએ છે! પણ આ પ્રકારની જ વાત મહાન સ્પેનિસ નવલકથાકાર સર્વેન્ટિસે એમની નવલ લા ટીઆ ફીન્જીડામાં લખી છે :
સ્ત્રી રસ્તામાં દેવદૂત હોવી જોઈએ. ચર્ચમાં સંત હોવી જોઈએ. બારીમાં ખૂબસૂરત હોવી જોઈએ. ઘરમાં પ્રામાણિક હોવી જોઈએ અને પથારીમાં રાક્ષસી હોવી જોઈએ!
આ વિધાન સ્પેનિસ સ્ત્રી માટે છે અને ત્રણસો વર્ષ પૂર્વે કરેલું છે. જેમ આપણી સંસ્કૃત ઉક્તિ કદાચ પંદરસો વર્ષ જૂની હશે. પણ વાસ્તવ એ છે કે પુરુષને એક સ્ત્રીની અંદર ઘણી સ્ત્રીઓની અપેક્ષા હોય છે! કદાચ પુરુષને કિચનમાં અને બેડરૃમમાં જે સ્ત્રી જોઈએ છે એનો ચહેરો એક જેવો હોવો જોઈએ. પણ મન જુદાં હોવાં જોઈએ… અને પુરુષભાઈને આ બધાને લવ કરવો છે. આફ્રિકન જનજાતિના એક સભ્યે એક વાર આફ્રિકન ટ્રાઈબલ સમાજ અને પશ્ચિમી સમાજનો ફર્ક સમજાવતાં કહ્યું હતું કે તમારા ગોરાઓમાં અને અમારા કાળાઓમાં બુનિયાદી ફર્ક છે. તમે એક જ સ્ત્રીમાં નર્સ, પત્ની, માતા, રસોઈયણ, કામવાળી, બાળકોની શિક્ષિકા, ઘરની ગવર્નેસ, ટેલિફોન ઓપરેટર, સેક્રેટરી, પ્રેયસી બધું જ માગો છો. અમે આ બધા માટે જુદી જુદી સ્ત્રી રાખીએ છીએ! તમારી જેમ અમે એક જ સ્ત્રી પર આટલો બધો જુલ્મ કરવામાં માનતા નથી.
લવનું કોઈ શાસ્ત્ર નથી. લવ કરવા માટે કોઈ ટ્રેઈનર કામ આવતો નથી. જેમ ચોપડી વાંચીને તરવું કે ઘોડેસવારી શિખાય નહીં, પાણીમાં કૂદવું પડે કે ઘોડા પર ચડવું પડે એમ લવ ચોપડીઓ વાંચીને કે લાલ પેન્સિલ લઈને અન્ડરલાઈન કરીને કે લેસન કરીને થાય નહીં. લવ કરવા માટે કૂદવું પડે અને ગોઠણ છોલાય ત્યારે ઉર્દૂની ઈશ્કિયા શાયરી કામ આવતી નથી. પાનવાળાની દુકાને ઊભા રહીને આદમકદ આયનામાં જોઈને વાળ ઓળતા ગોરાચિટ્ટા સુંવાળા નવરાઓ માટે ઉર્દૂના શેર ચરકતા રહેવું ઠીક છે, બાકી લવ એ જુદી ચેલેન્જ છે. એમાં થોડા મર્દ બનવું પડે છે!
સ્ત્રીના શરીરની કાતિલ ઊર્જા વિશ્વની બધી જ ઉદ્દીપક કે સંતર્પક વસ્તુઓ કરતાં વધારે કાતિલ છે. ફૂલો અને તારાઓ અને સમુદ્રો કરતાં પણ! ફૂલ નગ્ન છે પણ આપણે એની નગ્નતા જોઈ શકતા નથી. સ્ત્રી નગ્ન હોય ત્યારે આપણે નગ્નતા જ જોઈ રહ્યા છીએ.
